Steve, the owner/master mechanic, over the phone asked me some questions as to why it wouldn't start. He asked me some questions about my car, gave a detailed, understandable explanation of variations why...from best case scenario to worst case scenario. He even went out if his way to stay a little longer at the shop to insure my car got there safely and parked where he could get it inside to warm up to begin work the next day. He was able to get my car up and running without having to face the worse case scenario in one day. Steve is probably one of the most tenured mechanics in the area that tells you like it is, explaining the mechanical details along the way. I would highly recommend him for his vast knowledge, following up keeping me in the loop on the car status and his swiftness in diagnosing and fixing my car.
