My wife and I were moving some furniture and are from Sonora. We just happened to be traveling…read morethrough the area and stopped at Old Spaghetti Factory to eat. When I got out before going in my Wife suggested that I check the straps. When I checked the straps a i noticed a lot of grease around the hub and the bearing was totally gone. We contacted AAA to get a tow but they said they couldn't tow it since it was a utility trailer. My wife at that point found a local family owned business. Marv's trailer and I spoke to Tim it was around 2:00 pm. I explained that we were from out of town and could he fix our trailer he said yes he could look at it and it could either be the job or the axle would need to be replaced. So I drove it to his shop very slowly and he came out and had me unhook it and he moved it in with his forklift. At that point he took the tire off, it actually just fell off once he jacked it up. I asked what it was going to take to repair it he said it would require him to replace the axle. I asked when he could do the job and he said he was going to work on it right away lsince we were from out of town. Tim was great and we couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to help us. He had to order the axle so we ended up leaving it and picking it up later. He kept our trailer in his shop so we didn't have to worry about our furniture. Tim went way out of his way to take care of us. The price was very reasonable for work he is very honest and not out to take advantage of his customers. I would definitely recommend him for any trailer repairs you will need.

After my description of what I had, they immediately sent me a detailed estimate. Considering the extent of repairs listed and a TWENTY year warranty ( Yes 20!), I made an appointment right then for Sept. 28. Daniel, the technician arrived exactly on time and went right to work. There was a slight language barrier so I just stayed inside out of his way. It was quite exciting with this guy stomping around overhead. He worked for three days until dark and replaced the whole roof from the frame up and replaced all the insulation in the attic. Fortunately he took pictures as he worked. I'm glad for that because I don't do ladders well. It's a bummer I can't figure out how to put pics in this review.
