Picked it up when promised drove it back to New England, until November when I had my boat hauled, washed and set on the trailer. I had to make 3 or 4 minor and quick adjustments and the boat sat perfectly on the trailer. Kim, Doug and Jeff did everything to make this a great deal and it was. When I called and talked to Terry (the owner) he stated that his price is higher because he uses only Reece or Drawtite products, not the "inferior" Curt hitches that his competitors use. They installed a Curt hitch on my truck. When I brought this to Terry's attention he said he would check that out and call me back in 5 minutes, he never called back. I called again the following day and at this time Terry became very rude, talking down to me, badmouthing his competition and hung up on me. Avoid this place like a plague

When I asked about it he told me he installed the best one. I was never told any other price but the $680 and never authorized any other but the $680. Tried talking to him about it with no response. Read all the reviews first before you decide to use them and if your a senior female be extremely careful.

Went through eight body shops and the most common response was "it can't be done". One quoted $7,000.00 (including paint job), but when he found out is was truly a hole, he wouldn't return my calls to set up the work. Exasperated, I did a search for welders and found Jason. He laughed when I explained the problem. Said he hears it all the time and cannot imagine why, as it's not at all difficult - at least not for Jason. Sure enough, he came to me and got right to work. The man is an artist in metal. Knocked it all out in three hours, just as he had estimated over the phone. He even gave me a spray can of very professional cold galvanizing primer ACE Hardware doesn't carry at no additional charge just to make certain the repair lasts. One man shop, run by a good man who knows what he is doing and offers very fair pricing - a real gem in today's world. I can recommend Rougarou Metal Works without reservation and as 30-year business owner myself, I know what constitutes a pro. Jason is a pro and a really good guy.
