They are courteous, explain issues with the car, offer alternatives if available, and they always take me home or bring my car to me when it's finished. I don't live but a few blocks away, though. Only occasionally did I need to leave it overnight. Highly recommend.

Safety Tire was the closest tire shop to me, so I mentally prepared myself for the hassle of driving over then waiting or leaving my car... But that was NOT the experience I had here. 5 stars doesn't come close to the service I received.... 10+! From the moment I arrived they took care of me with estimated wait times, when to pull my car over, when I was done, fair charges etc. can't say enough about how great everyone is here, and they had my tire repaired and I was on the way in under 25 minutes. Incredible! Great job guys, sorry I don't live closer because you would have all my tire business. Thanks again. Oh- and they have some great signs all over, made me laugh.

Concerned motorists on the road constantly would get my attention to tell me my tag was falling off, even a motorcyclist, because though it was secure it appeared to be hanging. The person I spoke to asked how can I help you, when I explained it to him he stopped whatever he was working on and took a few minutes to adjust it and did not charge me. I was so relieved to have this fixed and not even charged for it! I am an avid Yelper and could not check in because they were not on Yelp, but I was so pleased with their kindness and efficiency I wanted to make sure they were on here so I added their business to Yelp. They were working on 2 police cars and an antique looking tractor when I pulled up so if this is where the police get their collision cruisers repaired you can bet they do quality work.

They are incredibly friendly, very professional and will explain everything, without selling unnecessary stuff. I got a lot of work done for literally half of what the dealer quoted and 2/3 of another repair shop. One of the brakes that they replaced had a manufacturer defect that was discovered two months later, and they replaced everything for free under their warranty. They even found damage that the preowned dealership had lied to me about. I cannot say enough about them. They are the gold standard for auto repair shops and mechanics. In a panic, I searched yelp for somewhere near where I was and near my work. Thankfully, you fellow yelpers helped me find a great shop to take my ailing car. I took it in in the morning and John diagnosed the problem based on what the car's computer told him was wrong. He told me what he expected to repair and two scenario's and both of their corresponding prices. He also said it should be no problem to be done by the time I was off of work. True to his word, the price was as expected, the work was as expected, and the timing was perfect. You really can't ask for much more. I was very happy with my experience (even though car fixes are never fun or happy moments with unexpected expenses). Nonetheless I would definitely go there again. I hope this review helps someone else in need. On a side note, John was very nice, down-to-earth and straight forward. He knew what he was talking about and didn't BS me. Nice guy.
