He is an excellent doctor and always treated us with the utmost care. I live in GA now, so we've had to find a local doctor, but I do miss this office terribly. I even scheduled my son's one year check up around a visit to TN in January! Any time I have called for questions, they have always returned my calls quickly. I have even had Dr. Mitoraj call me back himself after hours.

I really appreciated the front desk person getting us in in under four hours for a one time visit. The girls in the back who took symptoms down and some vitals were super sweet. Once in the room, we only waited for about 15 minutes before the Dr. Mitoraj came in. He washed his hands thoroughly and started checking all the usual suspects: ears, throat, lungs and nose. After, as Dr.Mitoraj was walking out, he mentioned that they'd be back in for a "nose blowing." When an assistant returned, the sample was taken and another assistant returned a few minutes later stating that there was an infection and asked which antibiotics we preferred. We never saw the doctor again after he sent the assistant in. There was no follow up from the doctor after the sample was taken, only the assistant came back in to talk to us. I found that odd and kind of rude. Dr. Mitoraj was nice enough. The assistants in the back were awesome. Although I prefer a closing of the loop, it was a good enough trip to the doctor for a looky loo and antibiotic script.

However, the inconsistency (if there was any) was in the notes taken on an iPad by staff persons. I was humiliated, insulted, and refused treatment until I brought someone with me to an appointment to "have an extra set of ears to listen." In retrospect I think the NP prescribed the wrong treatment because for sure my condition has continued to get worse. I had no intention of making an accusation but when Dr. Reaves was rude and spoke harshly and unkindly, supporting the issue of inconsistent information, I became convinced they were covering up something. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

The growth was removed successfully and stitched beautifully by Dr. Bandeian. I recommend Bristol Plastic Surgery Center 100 percent! Thank you for the wonderful care you have provided for my family.
