We had also visited a bunch of other wineries this weekend, such as sandbanks and would compare sandbanks to a Starbucks and Broken Stone to your small local favourite coffee shop. It's a really lovely space as it uses what may be an old barn (but refurbished) and there's a very large event space upstairs, and downstairs is where you'll meet customer service and the wine selection. They have a great outdoor seating area and a really nice outdoor space with a mini creek running through it. I'm not sure if they specialize in Gamays or not, but they have a few. My wife really enjoys the Chardonnay - specifically the one aged in the steel barrel. Naturally you'd probably do a tasting before purchasing here, but regardless I'd recommend it as you can get quite different tastes even from the same type of wine depending on the vintage, barrel and other factors. They have a few sweets you can pick up and they also have a stone wood-fired oven for pizza. Lovely spot all around with some great wine - and pizza, makes this a can't-miss stop on any PEC wine tour.

The outdoor seating area with Muskoka chairs has this nice view of the vineyard. A perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine with cheese, cured meat or other local produces that you can purchase from the small but well stocked "gourmet" corner set up to the left of the tasting room.
