I'm a professional litigator myself I study law for almost 10 years as a hobby. Their strategies were unethical and without etiquette simply scheming to juice their clients money as much as they can. Absolutely Awful! My husband was appointed a lawyer who advised him his presence in court was not…read morerequired for his upcoming criminal trial. Upon the court date, the lawyer withdrew from the case claiming he was not able to contact my husband, causing a new charge of failure to appear to be added to the list and a warrant issued for my husband's arrest. To rub salt in the wound, they gave me no direction in solving my legal problem, and the lawyer was extremely rude to me. If you go here for help, you're just padding a disinterested lawyer's resume. You get what you pay for- if you have a legal issue, hire a lawyer, don't assume you'll be getting useful help at a billing rate of $0 per 6 minutes.

My ex-husband used a lawyer (Tammy Olsen) from this firm and she was absolutely terrible. After…read moreseeing her work I am not sure how she is able to practise law. She allowed my ex-husband to create 185 point affidavits littered with irrelevant and inappropriate comments about our married life, explicit details of our intimate relations and repetitive ranting. All completely inappropriate for a child custody application! Further, she submitted documents riddled with spelling errors, typos and did not even spell my name or the name of our child correctly. In addition, she did not complete the final divorce document correctly so it was rejected, then allegedly the next divorce document was lost by the court and then she submitted the last one to my lawyer with several new clauses regarding finances that she did not identify and that had not been agreed to. If you would like your divorce to stretch out over 4 years (as ours has) and you would like to spend tens of thousands of dollars trying to get a final divorce judgement then this is a great firm to work with.

I rarely post a review and especially negative- but I feel I have a duty to warn others to not make…read morethe same mistake I did by hiring Richard Hajduk. To start, this guy, talked the talk, and said "he was going to rip my ex a new one" and meanwhile the guy has NO clue about family law, the rules or anything remotely relating to family law. He is an ex civil defender litigator, that got kicked out of that field of law for improper procedures and numerous disagreements with judges. He actually makes more of a living suing other people personally with his numerous actions he has, but he has also been personally sued many times. (hind sight- I find this out much later). Anyway, he lost every single court application/hearing for me, was ill prepared but billed no problem like he had an open p.o.! At $600 bucks per hr!! Long story short, I lost everything, custody, and my life savings. Instead I received a $350,000 bill!! He has literally ruined my life. Buyer beware, stay far away from this crook! I am in the process of applying for legal aide as Im sure I qualify now- I will probably be much better represented by a government appointed lawyer then this goon

At no point did I feel forced or intimidated. He was very fair and honest and that's not something you hear very often about a lawyer. I got the feeling that his time is valuable and he knows yours is too. I'd recommend my friends and family to Nnam. After reading one of the reviews, I have to say make your own opinions because some people have a problem with everybody. A lawyer is a subject matter expert and we are not, therefore we use communication to bridge that gap. Don't wait until your situation gets so bad that "wanting" a lawyer turns into "needing" a lawyer. We have to help them help us.
