I was very pleased, the turn around time for the purchase of my home was really tight and Lorne helped make the process completely pain free. All it took was a single meeting to go over papers and sign everything and I was set, he answered any questions I had in a way that made everything super easy to understand, also his assistant was super helpful via e-mail. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for all of my family legal needs!

We didn't realize until now, when we are trying to sell our home, that they did not file a real property report or get compliance letters from the city. I HIGHLY recommend using someone else!

This means a lot because I almost never write reviews. I had a really great experience with Nnam…read moreand the receptionist. They were both very supportive and smart. I felt that I was treated very fair and his communication was advanced. My situation was complicated with many different factors and it didn't take him any time at all to get on the same page. At no point did I feel forced or intimidated. He was very fair and honest and that's not something you hear very often about a lawyer. I got the feeling that his time is valuable and he knows yours is too. I'd recommend my friends and family to Nnam. After reading one of the reviews, I have to say make your own opinions because some people have a problem with everybody. A lawyer is a subject matter expert and we are not, therefore we use communication to bridge that gap. Don't wait until your situation gets so bad that "wanting" a lawyer turns into "needing" a lawyer. We have to help them help us. This review is not sponsored and this is my first experience with this law firm and those that work for it.

She took a lot of notes asked a lot of questions, the separation agreement was very detailed looking out for my interests and making sure all possible loop holes, grey areas, scenarios were addressed. Our meetings where very to the point, she was always well prepared and made sure you understood everything. Communication was great we mostly emailed and receiving the drafts to review was nice not having to go in I could write notes add things and send back it was so efficient time management. She always replied in a timely matter with an update, all appointments were on time and never delayed or cancelled. Office was very simple and comfortable being in was very welcoming with a really great stock of Kleenex! I would not hesitate to go back to Riley or any other lawyer in this firm for future family services ... like a pre nup!

The simplest way to put it is that we are beyond pleased! We're both young adults who had lots of questions that they were willing to answer and elaborate on if we were confused. All questions we had were answered in a reasonable amount of time as well so I didn't have to stress over that at all. They actually taught us something's we were never even aware of and didn't even think to ask about! We have no problem recommending them to our family or friends. Everyone seemed genuinely excited for us during this process which made it seem like they truly cared. Amazing Service and Staff! I'd also just like to mention how cute the office is! I know that's probably not a major factor when looking for a good lawyer but I believe it deserves some recognition for being the cute little house on 124th and how it's been transformed into a great office space. There's also plenty of great small things I'd like to mention, parking in the back, and a coffee machine! It's the nice little touches like these that added to making this process a little more enjoyable. Another important thing is my partner injured himself so he was unable to make it to the office for one of the meetings, but Bob made the arrangement to come meet up with us in a place convenient for him! So if you need someone to take care of various legal matters for you and make sure you have a good knowledge of what's going on, I recommend Combe & Kent

Nine months later after many many mistakes made (regarding my son) he still did not get it done. Our communication was strictly about his mistakes he made; if and when he would actually answer the phone.(very rare) I had to hire another lawyer and he had it completed in 2 DAYS! Jeff cost me a ton of money because of his mistakes and I dont mean my retainer. Also, he still had the nerve to keep part of my retainer. Very disgusted with the lack of empathy and work ethic.
