Rod, our service technician, had the issue diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, took us out to the shop and explained the issue and resolution, and got us back on the road to Michigan! I took my 2007 Buick Lacrosse to Estle on Dec 17, 2015 for an exhaust leak,and told them at this time I thought I had a coolant leak they patched the exhaust leak and found no coolant leak charged $44.00, and out the door I went until 2 days later when exhaust patch leaked. On Feb 23, 2016 it went back to Estle for exhaust leak and no heat, they discovered at that time that the front cover gasket needed replaced, cost would be $1066.00. March 8, 2016 went back because I still had no heat, and they flushed the heater core. March 21,2016 back to Estle because huge oil leak after pulling car out of garage, at that time new front cover gasket and front crank seal. April 2,2016 driving car and oil pressure light comes and car dies 70 miles from home, subsequent tow bill $155.00 back to Estle and now lower end of motor blown. Service department, so I delt with Treasa Beres, service manager, and Dave Spitler, service advisor, said they will tear motor apart and charge $200-400 to see what problem is or they can just replace my motor for $3000-$5000 dollars. So I call GM Headquarters, they call me back 48 hours later and state they cant do anything about it and that "sometimes things just happen". I've owned this car since brand new and it has had religious oil changes and has always gone to Estle for any other maintenance. Staff got very rude to me when inquiring about the repairs and concerns I had.I have been a customer since this dealership was Stan Pepple, and I feel very disappointed to get this type of service, when being what I thought was a valued customer for years.

I ordered a vehicle that was supposed to be drop shipped at my local dealer. That did not happen. Instead they put over 600+ miles driving it to me. Now I have a car I can't register because they didn't know how to do the paperwork correctly. My county office never received the paperwork and the bank never received the title. When I ask them for help they keep telling me what I need to do and don't do anything themselves about it. When I was texting with the manager expressing my concerns I got a "thumbs up" emoji. Drove my vehicle adding extra miles to it. Didn't replace the gas they used while driving my vehicle without my knowledge or authorization. Told us they did not have to give us the location of our vehicle. Refused to give location of vehicle until asked via email. Did not do the proper repairs on my vehicle.
