What a great experience: I finally found a place I can trust that cares about perfection in the…read morework done to my vehicle (I actually got to watch them work and communicate with each other during tasks and I was impressed), that cares about true customer satisfaction and relationship that can lead to lifelong collaborations that make the entire journey of truck modification and "accessorizing" more enjoyable, and that does its best for fair prices... As a fabricator/welder/engineer, I usually do all work myself; Unfortunately, I got hurt before this installation, which, oddly, turned out to be fortunate because, all of the meticulous attention to detail and perfection I always give, I found that and more in the staff at Diversified Off-Road - Upon my first communications with Seth, I could tell this place puts their customer's satisfaction first. Seth and I laid out a plan for the parts I had already ordered, my wife and I dropped off our vehicle and parts the same week to Seth and Kim (Kim is great also), and we got to observe some of the work being done. My wife got to be the first of us to drive the truck, and she had a smile on her face the entire way from Ohio back into Michigan: We are extremely pleased with our experience and the quality of work done - I was just under the truck all day yesterday doing rust prevention with my POR-15 products; I was looking at their work close-up, and, perfect, I couldn't be happier... Installing lifts and all of the other modifications are challenging and the parts cost quite a bit. Diversified Truck-Auto & Off-Road IS the best balance. As a business, I look at the years they have been providing quality work, and we need them to survive and thrive as they provide a livelihood for their staff, and they help to build our community; so when they are looking at the balance of work, they are doing their best on pricing, timing, and complete satisfaction (I can see that in the future plans we are discussing for Retrax Eq and a Bed-Slide, among other work). I had been inquiring with numerous other shops in the area and was planning to go to Integrity in Oklahoma believe it or not, until I found this shop so much closer to home. Diversified satisfied every single detail and desire I had for my installation.

Honesty and integrity. As most of us know, potential transmission problems instantly bring up…read moredollar signs and potential $1000+ repair bills. I had been adding about a quart of fluid to my auto trans every 2 days for over a week before I could get it in for repair. I was praying for the best but prepared for the worst news and trying to figure out how to pay a huge repair bill. I dropped it off in the morning and they said they would have it by the end of the day. 1/2 hr before 5 pm closing time I was getting worried but they called and told me it was complete which was a shock because I had not even gotten the estimate yet. BUT that is because the bill was so low.(I had signed the authorization to fix or call first and give estimate if over $200 I think) They told me it was one bad 4 ft length of hose plus 1 hour labor to replace and check all the other fittings, plus road test. Perfectly fair. My potential nightmare was resolved for $89 TOTAL. BIGGER PICTURE - they could have said all sorts of things even added on extras like a filter changeor much worse, padding the bill into the hundreds of dollars but they didnt. They fixed the one thing that was wrong. Gave me a list of a few other defect codes that computer spit out and a heads up that my power steering line was getting ready to go due to rust. This is the kind of service that seems rare these days, being HONEST and just fixing what needed to be done. This means to me that they put far more value on treating customers honestly and building repeat business than sticking it to somebody once for all they can get even if they dont come back. I WILL GO BACK to Express if I have troubles again as I have faith that they will treat me right and fix just what is needed.

I took my 2007 Buick Lacrosse to Estle on Dec 17, 2015 for an exhaust leak, and told them at this time I thought I had a coolant leak they patched the exhaust leak and found no coolant leak charged $44.00, and out the door I went until 2 days later when exhaust patch leaked. On Feb 23, 2016 it went back to Estle for exhaust leak and no heat, they discovered at that time that the front cover gasket needed replaced, cost would be $1066.00. March 8, 2016 went back because I still had no heat, and they flushed the heater core. March 21,2016 back to Estle because huge oil leak after pulling car out of garage, at that time new front cover gasket and front crank seal. April 2,2016 driving car and oil pressure light comes and car dies 70 miles from home, subsequent tow bill $155.00 back to Estle and now lower end of motor blown. So I call GM Headquarters, they call me back 48 hours later and state they cant do anything about it and that "sometimes things just happen". I've owned this car since brand new and it has had religious oil changes and has always gone to Estle for any other maintenance.
