As far as I'm concerned he's THE BEST ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR TRACY HAS TO OFFER. His office visits are always satisfactory, quick and very informative. I bumped into him outside of his office at the hospital and he actually stopped to say hello! NO doctor does that! But he did! He says "J. D.! Is that you? Haven't seen you in awhile bud, you look good!" Man it was great to see him though. He's still one of my doctors but I like him the most. Honestly, he has to be the most handsome doctor I've ever had! He looks like a GQ model or an ex Abercrombie and Fitch model when he was younger. He's got a great sense of humor and doesn't take himself too serious like the other doctors do. This man is simply the best that Tracy has to offer. He knows his craft. Be nice to him and he'll be nice to you. You will NOT find a better doctor than him. Highly recommend!

If there a negative -10 I would give this place that numbers…read more My experience with this dental/orthodontic office has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The office demanded approximately $4,500 out of pocket, beyond my copay, for orthodontic treatment. Because the amount did not appear consistent with my insurance coverage, I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company's Complaints and Appeals Department. After reviewing the matter, the insurance company provided written documentation stating that my responsibility should be approximately $1,040--not the $4,500 being demanded by this office. I personally delivered that paperwork to the office, yet they have failed to respond or move forward with treatment. Treatment is not being provided, and the office appears unwilling to address a documented concern. I have filed complaint against this office to Dental Board of California. A professional healthcare provider should communicate clearly, provide an itemized explanation of charges, work with the insurance company, and avoid leaving a patient without treatment while ignoring written documentation. All in similar situation please complaint against them so these offices shut down quickly and we get someone who are ethical. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and a complete loss of trust. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice and if you have similar concern please flag them to https://www.dbc.ca.gov/consumers/index.shtml and also to https://www.dca.ca.gov/consumers/complaints/dbc.html.

Dr. McNemar has a caring and warm personality that immediately puts you at ease. His confidence and skill are evident from the first consultation through recovery. He took the time to listen and explain the procedure thoroughly. My recovery was remarkably smooth, with minimal swelling and no bruising. He is highly skilled at concealing the incisions, they are not at all visible. I had no pain, only needed to take Tylenol. The entire process felt well-managed, professional and caring from start to finish. I was on my way out the door when her office called and said she was cancelling my appointment. I asked why and was told "You live in Stockton so you need to stay with your Cardiologist there." I informed her I live in Manteca, not Stockton. She refused to honor my confirmed appointment. If this is the way she conducts herself, I feel like I dodged a huge bullet. She may be medically knowledgeable, but her attitude is far from the professional I was looking for. Could this be the reason she went from Lodi to Stockton to Tracy? IMO her haughty attitude turned me off from ever wanting anything to do with her. I'm looking for a Cardiologist with compassion.....imo she doesn't have it.
