The prices are decent and we were able to make an appointment easily. They required a deposit though. But she also is a hair master, just what you're looking for for your various hair needs and desires. Money is very tight for me, and I could go to a cheap barber or something, but I would rather get the immense quality that she always brings every single time. her prices are very reasonable, and in the over two decades that she has done my hair, I have never had a haircut I was disappointed with. I was getting more self-conscious about my white temples (I'm young, but did not get very good hair genes), and she colored them and made them look totally natural with the rest of my hair. She is extremely artistic and can get a sense for exactly what will work with each person, and she's great conversation every time while she does my hair. She also is an excellent business owner and knows how to find the right people who will make a terrific team. Each one of her other hairstylist are also very popular and leave their customers very satisfied. The place always has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with music that is not too loud or too quiet, and a welcoming, comfortable aesthetic. They also sell products to meet your home hair needs. If you want the best treatment for your hair, look no further than Salon Orea.

Im usually fine with that but not someone with only two years experience and barely out of her teens. Ughhh. Christmas is a busy season and the other stylists were all booked. The girl was very slow and scared of messing up it seemed. It took three hours to do my hair and I was shocked. Everyone was nice but at the end of the day, that was far too long and I did not feel like it should have taken that long. I don't know. I would be open to trying a more mature and experienced stylist next time.

The place is also very nice and clean, and they have a coffee/tea bar. The service is excellent, and prices are always shown before any hair work is done on you. That is helpful because you can always adjust the services you want (e.g., full highlights or half highlights) according to your budget. There is free parking, and the location is perfect! I highly recommend this salon ‍!

I enjoy researching and since my 10 year plus stylist moved out of town, I researched my heart out to find a new one. My first choice was a fail. Actually, Grey Salon Studio was my first choice but the other salon I tried first was recommended, so I gave it a shot. Cut was fine but color was dark on top and light on bottom. Kind of like an ombre but without the fade. By the time I got in to see Veronica at Grey Salon Studio, my color had lightened a bit but still wasn't right. Veronica fixed it, easily and beautifully. And gave me a terrific cut with much needed body and a more current style. BTW, I am horrible at styling my hair. Since Veronica couldn't blow dry and style me (Covid-19 precautions), I went home and did it myself. I was surprised how easy and great looking it came out! Testament to her skills.

Warning: DO NOT GO HERE…read more I chose to get a cut with Jo because it was highly rated but it ended up being the worst haircut I ever had. Completely uneven. Missed tons of hairs. She didn't touch the back and I really needed the back trimmed a little shorter which I thought was simple enough. She ruined my hair and cut off another 5 inches!! When I sent her pictures with my complaint and desire to get a refund after she ruined my hair, she flat out denied she did it and blamed it on my sister when the photo was taken seconds after I had left the salon in the parking lot! She refused to refund me and started SCREAMING insults at me on the phone. I had to talk to the owner. What an emotional rollercoaster. For $40 there are tons of talented hairdressers in the area. It was also filthy. She did not sanitize her shears. She picked it up from the table covered in her previous client's hair and started cutting my hair with it right away. Her round brush was also covered in hair.

This took $100+ off the bill. It was so refreshing to have someone consult on the health of my hair, as opposed to upselling or charging me extra. Book the blowout if you want to leave with dry hair. It's worth it! Otherwise they have a station for you to DIY. Wasn't sure what to expect... but I'm so happy with my hair color and the overall experience. Will come back!

I spent over $200 for root coverage and highlights, specifically told my stylist I did not want highlights to come out red/chocolate brown however was told because I have black hair, they could not guarantee this wouldn't occur because they do not use ammonia in their product. I showed pictures of the light highlights I previously had, and was requesting to replicate. After 4 hours and two different toners, I ended up precisely with red/brown highlights on the top, no visible highlights on the bottom...this was highly disappointing as I specifically booked at this salon, marketed as a color bar and expertise in coloring. I will not be returning nor recommending in the future.
