It's always unorganized the employees know nothing they can't answer any questions and if they do, it's wrong information always out of stock of something I need and they say they sell propane, but every time I try to get it there it's out of service read more

Very disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behavior of the store manager named NINO. I came in to the pet clinic. While in line my dog peed a few DROPS and Nino from the moment he opened his mouth was rude. He demanded to know whos dog had done that to which I said mine did. He then proceeded to tell me "there's a mop in front of the line, you need to clean that up or leave my store." I said "okay I will clean it right now." Not even 1 minute had past when he came back and said "you're gonna have to leave the store" I told him "I AM going to clean it I just cant pass through all the dogs my dog is very reactive" he said "well go around" in that moment a very sweet lady intervened and offered to clean it up for me. She came back with towels and I cleaned it myself. She saved my place in line while I walked outside to the trash can. Even the lady agreed he was being insensitive and impolite. My intentions were never to not clean after my dog and anyone with a reactive dog would understand. There was no reason for Nino to try to act intimidating instead of helping. No customer deserves to be spoken to that way. Won't be coming back. read more

I have shopped here several times and enjoyed it. However, the new manager (I believe) is awful! She is extremely rude to customers, her staff and has a resting you know what face. She seems very unhappy and unhelpful. I have seen her snap at an older customer and it was disgusting! She truly needs a new job or to be talked to you. This local store needs help. She's awful! I went to a Saturday shot clinic on 12/7/19 with my two very friendly well socialized dogs. From the moment I walked in with my dogs, a women barked at me, keep your dogs away from mine" so I did. My little terrier wondered a few feet from her and she started yelling at me. I informed her that her and her dogs insecurities aren't My problem. So she moved further away.But as the wait progressed and the dogs got more restless and the line got longer and closed up, my black lab got a couple feet away and she kicked my dog away. When I told her not to kick my dog she proceeded to call me sexist because I didn't know what No means. Being a gentleman I bit my tongue. I waited another 15 minutes and left without getting the shots. I always thought I could walk up and down the isles with my dogs without any unwarranted negative confrontation. Tractor Supply - Department Stores Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

After today I will no longer shop at Tractor Supply today 2and St. As long as "Marnie" is employed there I will buy my supplies from Cal Ranch. I do not know what job title Marnie holds because she refused to tell me when I asked her but I believe it to be a management position. I cannot express it enough just how bad of an employee Marnie is. She has zero skills in customer service and thinks good work ethics doesn't apply to her. I also had the misfortune to witness her arrogant superior behavior towards other employees. She made it quite uncomfortable. Most likely there is a high employee turn around at this store. I just read through several reviews, by the way this stores rating is 2.4 a very poor rating. Seriously 2.4 rating is pathetic . Several reviews complaining about a "Marnie". Marnie you are bad for business. Too stupid, too ugly, zero common sense. read more

If you're planning to work for this store I'd look somewhere else. The unprofessionalism from management is ridiculous. The constant threatening of losing your job or being sent home for simple mistakes is ridiculous. The condescending attitude towards employees and customers amazes me. The retaliation against employees is completely out of line and very unprofessional. Marnie and Bernardino or "nino" as he goes by. Will treat you as if you are 6 years old. Very little respect for their employees as well as customers. If you upset them by any means they'll both cut your hours to almost nothing in order to get you to quit. I love the company I shop their often but I will be headed to the foothills location rather then this store on 32nd. I've called corporate and let them know about my complaints but even corporate has yet to reach out to me like they promised. All in all the company is a good company the management team at this store is horrible. The store always looks horrible, the lack of professionalism from upper management will always be an issue until it is resolved. read more

Sunday afternoon, the day, if any, to do a good deed. But would they lend a hand? No way Jose! Spent an hour waiting for Roadside Assistance to give me a jump start. After a bad experience with customer service or shall I say the lack there of at (Cal-Ranch) we had an awesome experience at Tractor Supply. Both employees that we encountered answered all of our questions, went out of their way to help us find what we needed. Great prices to boot. We will definitely be returning. read more
