At that time, the keratoconus was advanced enough that I had significant night vision troubles, but Infinity didn't have an answer for that. My previous review was from 2020 but my visit was in 2019, and the keratoconus (corneal thinning) had definitely progressed long enough to be detectable. Had the team at Infinity Eye diagnosed it correctly then, I wouldn't have had it progress further all this time. I'm now starting treatment with scleral lenses and possibly cross-linking. That would stop the progression but not reverse it. If I'd pursued that same treatment in 2019, then I could have stopped the progression. Keratoconus is not the most common eye condition, but a skilled opthamologist should be able to catch it, and it's disturbing that that didn't happen here.

When my yorkie-poo became sick, I brought him to Wythe County Animal Clinic after hearing such good things about them - and I'm glad I did. He was diagnosed with heart failure, and both of the doctors, as well as the entire staff, took excellent care of him. Even though they are walk-ins only, they always saw us quickly. Everyone was so kind to both Puffit and me, and their compassion meant a great deal during a difficult time. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

I like to support local small businesses. I've had two incidents where they were unbending and righteous in their response. One was when I inadvertently put a scoop of the higher priced (by .49) biscuits in my bag. Told the manager at the check out and he said he would have to charge me the higher price or I could go get another bag! ONE Scoop! The second was I purchased two bully sticks and only got home with one and when I called the owner insisted he put it in the bag. I said it was not in my bag and they should offer me another. Then asked to speak to the owner and while waiting was cut off. I spend on the average $85-100 month here. You would think they could keep a loyal customer happy?! Won't be going back!!
