I use this location quite frequently. It's easy. It's quick. It's always clean. The employees are…read morealways kind. I can't be easy working there. They always have what I need. Sometimes it gets busy. It's no big deal. I use a self check out all the time. They have great random selection of things you need. The prices are great. I've never had an issue except when they ask for my receipt I just reply. No, thank you. I always have parking. The carts are usually in decent condition. I appreciate the hard work from a few of the employees. I remember their names Scott and the hunting section for the ladies in the self check out and there's a nice lady who is always cleaning up after everyone she always has a smile on her face. I never see her name tag because she is actually working. Probably my one and only complaint is I wish some of the lanes were wider. Customer service is not an easy business. People do work hard at this location.

They also carry suede and leather jackets, coonskin caps, Indian jewelry, pottery, carved gift boxes as well as some budget food. The boots are quality with famous names associated with them. Feel free to try them on before you purchase. The store is basically what you make of it. I was looking for Native American dolls and having found a few noticed that they were not authentic. Centre Market has the famous Coleman's Fish Market, plus a second location of Tito's Sloppy Doggs (called Tito's in the Market House), a cheese shop and Michael's Beef House, home of the original roast beef sandwich. There's a building that's not physically connected but still part of Centre Market, and it houses a coffee shop, a hand-pie bakery, an ice cream shop and an art gallery. This part of Centre Market also has comfy couches and games to play, so if you're looking for an area to hang out and stay a while, this part of Centre Market is your spot. I love a good food hall, and Centre Market is a good place to visit if you're looking to find something to eat but don't know what you want. There's something for everyone here, and it's all local, which is great.

On a Thursday afternoon the market area was mostly empty and desolate, but the vendors who were operating were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Makes me sad that Wheeling used to be THE city in which to see and be seen. We bought a few sweets and sausages from local vendors and I am sure I could have spent WAY more money here. The building reminds me of the marketplace in Charleston SC on a much smaller scale. I hope these vendors can make it and I wish them a major boost of life and vitality. The consistency of their "max capacity" policy and their varying selection could use some work, though it's still worth the trip. I've come here many times (sorry, I forget to check in a lot!) and sometimes I get lucky with what's on deep discount. While getting into the store can be a hassle sometimes due to their inconsistent handling of "one person leaves, one person can go in" policy due to covid, it's a pretty mild annoyance that resolves pretty quickly assuming a short line. It should come as no surprise that this store's contents are more geared toward women, though men can find some decent stuff as well. My favorite areas (from the perspective of being in front of the store and facing the back): the discount food/snack items in the back middle and back right, the deep-discount water bottles on the racks in the center of the store, the discount beverages in the back middle, and the men's section discounts on the left side. It's all a matter of timing, though I have gotten some fantastic deals on travel pillows, belts, chargers, snacks, water bottles, and much more. Other times I have left with nothing.
