I visited this particular location one time to purchase some supplies for my cats. I noticed that the regular prices were high, but with my membership in this store's rewards program, the prices ended up being similar to what competing stores charge. I picked out a jug of cat litter and several cat treats, which I expect my cats to enjoy. As for the employees' service, a couple of employees walked past me without saying hello. The cashier, though, did greet me, and she accurately rang up my purchase and wished me a good day. She did not put my products in a bag, so my husband did so. Overall, Petco is not my favorite pet store, but I will continue to occasionally shop here.

I just moved to the area , and I trusted an incompetent colleague to watch my best friend. He filled up four food bowls and lots of water but left my basset hound for three days without a walk. The owner of the house I rented demanded that my hound be removed. In the hospital with a back broke in two places I had no choice but to call the shelter. Wendy was amazing , kind, understanding and very empathetic. My hound was placed in the new home the next day. I brought his food, toys, brand new collars and bowls when I finally got home. I then left his Kong bed a few weeks later. This hound has a regal history. I miss him, but with my back he is better off with his new family.
