Megan and Heather do very good job with our Bids nails and grooming our German Shepherd dog. They have a great attitude and very friendly!

Staff is so friendly and very kind to my puppy but we come in for nail trims and everytime we leave one to four nails are left uncut

I have been going to this pet store for years, not once have I really had an issue with this store or the staff. Although recently, my partner had moved in with me from states away and had brought their fish. The transition was rough and exhausting for everyone, and we really tried to get these fish situated. Tank cycling was impossible and taking too long for these little guys so we dropped them off today at this store as surrender. My partner came out crying because of how rude the staff was. The fish had been in smaller containers due to our tank cycling, and instead of asking what had happened or what the situation was. They gave snarky looks to them and one another and just made my partner feel absolutely terrible. I've dealt with their rude staffing before but this really cuts the cake. I can not say enough nice things about this establishment. First I adore Heather the groomer her. I have followed this groomer for the past seven years because she is insanely talented. Especially with my poodles and my chihuahua poodle mix. My dogs know and love Heather just as much as I do. She always makes them feel as at home as they can possibly feel. But the other girls in the shop are just as fabulous. They always say hi and welcome. They've taken to learning my dogs names and it very much feels like an old ma and pa shop. My husband and I were in a jam and called Little Critters last minute for our three dogs to get their nails cut. The women on the phone said that we could just come walk right in. We could not believe how quick they were to get our dogs in and out. The two women that were working were soooo polite and sweet to us and our dogs. One of our dogs has a lot of problems getting his nails cut, he will bite and struggle and has had to be held down and muzzled in the past, but not here. We walked in and they cut the dogs nails right there on the floor, no muzzle, no table. My dogs were so relaxed with them that we will absolutely be coming here from now on for any of our pet needs and highly recommend Little Critters to anyone who is looking for a great place to bring their dog. They also had a ton of great treats for the dogs! This place was extremely affordable, quick, unbelievably friendly, and have an amazing way with dogs. Thank you so much!!!
