They had an outstanding selection (as always) that was inside of a ginormous location! Seriously so much room in there! It didn't feel cramped either which is sometimes an issue with other locations! Obviously the prices are great but what I want to talk about is the customer service! Outstanding customer service that was a breeze to get through! PLUS there was NO ONE THERE! No long line! It's also EXTREMELY clean! That was nearly the biggest selling point! It also just looks really nice too! Most locations I visit seem a little older and then not nearly as clean! I'm very impressed if you can't tell! But for me the biggest selling point is the fact that I didn't see security like I usually do at the locations closer to where I live! It's nice to know that this isn't a frequently shoplifted place! I still can't believe I'm the first person to review this place because like while I was parking I was even blown away! I first thought it was like a grocery store, but it turned out to be a mega discount store. We did find a desk fan here, and we also found many interesting items here. Generally, the electronic products are not the latest models previous models that still work great. The price is also very good. They have pretty much everything from clothing to electronics, from food to skin care products, from furniture to sporting goods, and whatever you can think of. It's more like a Target or Walmart. It looks like they do sell membership so that you can get a even better deal. I didn't join since I don't usually go to Walla Walla. The store is clean though the interior design looks old. If you are looking for something, you probably should try from this store. It's likely you will be able to get a good deal here. If your kids are going to school in Walla Walla, this is definitely a good place for your to shop for the dorm. The service was fine. There's a lady at the entrance greeting when you come in. The staff normally let us have our own space and time unless we walk to them for help. My experience has been very positive here.

It is very hard for me to believe that these are actually true reviews. I'm suspicious that these negative reviews were posted to give the business a low rating. Because of this, I would like to say that I love Falkenberg's and I have only had OUTSTANDING service. I don't live in Walla Walla, but if I did, that would be the only jewelry store that I would go to. I love supporting local businesses and I really enjoy stopping in whenever I am in town just to look around. They have a great selection and a wide variety of items. In addition, they often have a lovely selection of Estate Jewelry. It's always fun to check out that section. The last time I was there, I found a beautiful pair of pearl earrings. Keri assisted me with my purchase that day and she even cleaned both mine and my husband's wedding rings for free. At first, we declined her offer to do so, but she was so very kindly insistent, so we acquiesced. We were so glad, because our rings looked like new again. Falkenberg's may not be the least expensive store to purchase jewelry; however, they are very reasonable for the quality and the service that they provide. And...if you are in Walla Walla, it makes more sense to check them out first before heading to the Tri Cities. In fact, if you live in the Tri Cities, it would be worth your while to head over to Falkenberg's and see what they have to offer. I don't think you will be dissapointed!

And a couple small diamonds in the halo (which Shauna got very defensive about and called them minute during her argument) are permanently black from heat damage. The band had a nasty Crack which we were able to get fixed elsewhere, and they lost an original "minute" diamond from the halo and replaced it with a lower quality diamond. Very different color. Save your money and time, go to tricities.
