You are offered cash on the spot or in store credit which will be a greater amount than your cash offer. Then you must check out the great selection of affordable clothing. If the buyer decides not to purchase your clothing then they are able to donate any clothing you do not want to take back home. The new product clothing available is hand picked by the store owner according to recent trends. You will find that all of the clothing in the store is tastefully picked out for the pleasure of the customer. All displays are dressed in current and fashionable styles and any employee is happy to grab any garment from a display that you like. Suits arrived about 4 weeks later as agreed upon, in order for myself to deliver to Little Rock and Fayetteville, AR for alterations. However, of these 8 suits, there were about 4 different brand names, about 4 different shades of gray, one suit the wrong size, and one suit missing from the order. This was and is unacceptable. I offered the guy 2 more weeks to make the order right or requested my money back so I could go to a reputable store. It's now less than 2 weeks before the wedding, no suits are in, and no money has been returned. Additionally, the guy "assures me" they will be here the day before the wedding. Give me a break, and yourself one and go to Dillard's.

Me and a group have been working to get our tuxes for wedding through this company and it has been a nightmare. First the original ones that came in did not fit and they were missing at least one tux. Then when we asked for our deposits back they flat out said no, even though they did not deliver on their end. They then tried to reassure us by saying that the tuxes would be in one day before the wedding, which leaves no time for the inevitable alterations that would be needed due to the incompetence of this company. This is completely unreasonable and an awful way to treat customers and people in general. Do not give these people your money, you'd be better off just throwing it away.

Initially, I asked her if she happens to know where I could find a remote control. I wanted to see if one fit into a small item I was considering purchasing. Without even asking me why I was making such a request she said..."If their is no remote control with your item then it does not have one." This is not at all what I was asking and felt that any clerk should have replied..."well sir what do you need one for?" In which case I would have explained. Then, at check I asked about a customary discount I always get their she said flippantly, "Oh well, I can't possibly give you any discount after I processed a transaction." I found her attitude to be less than professional and certainly not customer caring. That said she stood out to me from a of the other wonderful staff I have encountered their regularly. I highly recommend this place and hopefully you won't run into this person.
