I really didn't expect the staff at a chain store to be that knowledgeable but the ones working in the department have or have had fish of their own and know what they're doing. Lastly there is no want he was brushed out as there was a small cars worth of fur in his kennel from the ride home. Money and time wasted since I now have to do his nail's myself and brush him out.
