The service after the sell at weeks tractor is horrible. The mechanic ordered one part at a time…read moreinstead of looking at the problems and getting everything ordered at once. Then it's a repeat process because the tractor doesn't hold up. I bought the 1120 hst and owned it for around 10 months. And out of those 10 months I've had it about 7 because the rest of the time it is in the shop for repairs. Then I get it back and have to put it right back in the shop because the repairs didn't get done. So I made a complaint to the Better business bureau and Nick told a lie that they sold numerous amounts of the same tractors like mine. But only sold 4 and he told me that I was the only one that worked my tractor. I have 200 hours on this tractor and it's having lots of problems already. I don't think I'll ever get it payed for before it's a yard ornament! The price was average compared to others. But I should have bought a different brand for sure! Stay away from Mahindra they have a grade F with the BBB and do not like to warranty the equipment that they make.

Everyone in need of small engine (lawnmower) repair would do well to avoid Week's Tractor Supply…read more Horrible service, bordering on criminal. I feel like I've been scammed. I took our mower in for repairs and they stated they wouldn't go above $100. Four weeks pass with no word from them, so I call. They say they're still working on it, reiterate the $100 price. Four more weeks pass and my wife calls. They tell her it will be $400 to repair and that I gave the go-ahead to fix it. My wife states that is unlikely that I would agree to that. I call them today and they tell me my wife "misunderstood" and that they had to spend $119 in parts and labor to find out that the mower required *more maintenance*. So I'm left with a broken lawnmower and their $119 tab and *not once* in the interim did they call me. And when we finally had to contact them they lied to us. Week's Tractor Supply: rip-off artists. Do not do business with them.

Walmart. What's there to say really? You could say if you've been to one you've been to them all…read more That's true except for one thing: service. The level of service makes or breaks a location. Every customer should be treated equally. Period. I hate to be "that guy" but I've been completely ignored so many times at this location because of my race that I've lost count. For example, the cashier is black, the people in line in front of me are black and the people behind me are black. The cashier carries on a lively conversation with the black people in front of me. When it's my turn there's no greeting, no nothing. The cashier doesn't say a word to me at all. Then as I'm leaving I see the cashier immediately start up a conversation with the black people behind me. I mean what am I supposed to think? Or even worse, the cashier completely ignores me and starts talking to the black people behind me in line while they're still helping me! Outrageous! Also, the cashiers need to stay at their register. If a customer forgets something or gets the wrong thing that's their problem. They'll have to go back and get it later and go through the 10 items or less line. I was here on a very busy day and the people in front of me realized they didn't like the brand of something they had so the cashier actually walks off to get what they wanted. This sounds like good customer service at first but when the lines are 10 people deep it's not. Then to make it even worse after the 10 minutes she was gone she got back then left again after she realized she had also gotten the wrong thing. Totally unacceptable. Everything frozen I had was melted by the time I got to the register and everyone in that line with me was livid. This has also happened more times than I remember. Walmart managers at this location need to instill some serious customer service skills in the employees and if the managers also lack customer service skills then someone from corporate needs to step in. If my employees treated anyone of any race like this they would be gone.

After all this time it's still a one-star store…read more Today I went to the electronics dept to get something. I looked for it for 10 minutes but couldn't find it. It would have been behind lock and key anyway so I would need help regardless. I asked a female employee standing back there where I could find this item. "This isn't my department," she said. Then why are you back here I thought? So I went to another female employee back there and asked her. She had no idea what I was talking about so I had to pull it up on my phone and show her. She said they were out but I don't think she ever really knew what I was talking about to begin with. When I was walking away the first girl went to the second and told her she should have just told me to look for it myself. Are you kidding? Even if I had found it I would have had to interrupt your precious conversation for you to unlock the cabinet it's in. The employees at this location are incredibly racist and have been for many years and the management doesn't seem to even care.

All this is there! Hour on the phone on hold, service folks rude, saying just reorder and check the square that we can substitute a different size -- maybe? But what for what? Too lazy to deliver cases of cokes or water perhaps? Fine. I curse you for the liars you are! And what about paying ANOTHER $8 DELIVERY CHARGE! This is a rip off. I sit here on my daily chemo, really needing this service. Others by the dozens just like me at the oncology center now know Walmart lies. Try Kroger or anyone else. At least they won't be rude to you when you ask them to just FILL THE ORDER AS PROMISED. SHAME ON YOU WALMART FOR RIPPING OFF OLD SICK PEOPLE THIS WAY AND NOT CARING TO EVEN BE POLITE WHILE YOU DO IT. IF THERE'S A GOD, OR KARMA, YOU'RE ALL SCREWED!

Checker was still on the phone 20 minutes later. I asked can I get checked out. She gave me attitude and told me to go to another checker. Tried to complain and they made out like it was my fault. Definitely won't be going back to this Walmart. I think they need to go to some kind of attitude adjustment class. I been in customer service and this is not the way you are supposed to act.

If you use Walmart pickup or delivery, be aware: the store will not help you if items are missing…read more They force you to call the 1-800 Walmart number, and you have to wait 3-5 business days to get your money back. The store takes zero responsibility. I stopped shopping at Walmart a long time ago, but recently went back because I'm trying to save money. This is specifically about the Walmart on Pines Road. This was my third time using grocery pickup: * First visit: Smooth, quick, no issues. * Second visit: Waited 45 minutes. I assumed it was because of the holidays and decided to give them another chance. * Today: Waited an hour and a half, and they brought out half my order. I went inside to get assistance, and management refused to help. They told me to call the 1-800 number and deal with it myself. The line is mostly AI, so it took nearly 10 minutes just to reach a real person. At this point, I'm done. I will never use Walmart again, and I'm sharing this so others know what to expect.

Pleasant visit! I honestly try to visit Walmart either first thing in the morning or right before…read morethey close! What I wasn't familiar with , was their mini stores. The neighborhood market has just enough items in stock to get you by. They have everything from Sunday's pot roast all the way down to your kid's favorite mouth wash. Not only was the ease of shopping a great surprise but so was the friendly staff. The only option they had to checkout was self checkout. The two employees that were in the area were readily available to assist. A nice hassle free experience. New Shopping Spot when I'm passing through?! That's a yes!

The longer this place is open the more racist it becomes. When I was in management decades ago I…read morewas taught, then later taught employees myself, that the only color that matters is green. You treat every customer the same. The location on Mansfield has been very racist for years and now unfortunately this location is following the same path. Just the other day we were walking in. There was a black female employee standing by the door, presumably keeping track of the people coming and going on a little tablet. She happily greeted the black couple in front of us as they entered. She looked up at us and immediately looked back down without saying a word. Then she happily greeted the black couple behind us! How were we supposed to take that exactly? I took it as she's racist and doesn't need to be working there. Then there's the cashiers. It's insulting when they do the same thing the greeter did but they do even worse. Sometimes, and this happens more often at the Mansfield location but has begun to happen here now as well, the cashier will be holding a happy conversation with a black person or couple in front of us. When it's our turn the cashier won't even greet us with a "Hello". What's even worse is when the cashier actually has the nerve to hold a conversation with black people behind us in line while she's still checking us out and ignoring us! There is absolutely no excuse for this behavior. You never ignore the customer who you're helping and who is standing right in front of you to talk to someone else. If these were my employees this nonsense wouldn't be happening. They obviously have zero customer service experience and a chip on their shoulders when it comes to white people. If they were my employees they would get one warning to treat everyone the same then they'd be fired if they didn't. Walmart needs to take notice.
