They will only partially listen, and halfway into your description they will already start cutting. They butchered my hair. I'm embarrassed. I cried on the way home. I am going to have to cut the length off just to have it fixed. This is a place that doesn't focus on quality but on speed. I will never go back. I believe that it may be a Junghans German shelf clock. (Possibly a "Biedermeier style"?) clock with a dark reddish mahogany case and a beveled glass door. It has a wonderful deep toned strike on the hour and half hour. I found this gem at Second & Main and it's sister store Apparitions Vintage Village which is owned by an old high school friend Robin Sowers. Then, they completely ruined the 2 make up travel bags ($35 value) trying to fix the original mistake. I was having these bags monogrammed for MY customers, and they weren't even willing to offer any compensation for their mistakes. Very unprofessional.
