She told us he would still have to be kenneled. That they wash all the dogs and kennel them before moving to the next step. All we wanted was a wash and dry. No grooming. If we wanted special treatment it would cost double. Just to keep him from being kenneled. When I objected she hung up on me. We will find somewhere else where they treat you with respect.

She points down the main aisle and says what I'm looking for is down there and on bottom shelf. An aisle number or some enthusiasm would have gone a long way in making me feel like a valued customer. Upon checkout once again same lack of enthusiasm and instead of being friendly she talked on her head set. A hearty thanks would have been welcome as I left the store. Just go here. It's a great concept. They have a little room set aside with shampoo, conditioner, towels, and even a high-speed dryer. There is a low and high table forcwahing and a way to secure your pet so they can't jump out. We bought some wet food made by Fromm , and I ended up buying 5 washes for 35 dollars, an amazing deal.
