I ordered twice online in 1 day to be able to skip the line and walk in and pick up my order. A…read moreemployee (who's name and pic I have saved in my phone) was standing in the doorway when I walked in the first time, at 1pm seeming to do nothing, not even welcoming customers into the store. I indicated that I was there to pick up my online order and she told me to get in line and wait my turn, I showed her in the app where it states to grab an employee to help get the order in order to skip the line. She said, wait in line like everyone else, and when you get to the front, the cashier will get the order from the cabinets behind her. 20 minutes later, after waiting in line, indeed the cashier did grab my order out of the cabinet behind her. Later at around 5 pm I returned to petco to supposedly skip the line and pick up my second order, surprisingly, same employee was still standing in the doorway, still seeming to do nothing , but now a new employee was standing with her, only he didn't want to help either, other than to tell me to wait in line like everyone else. So moral of this story is I've learned Chewy is cost comparative, you really do get to skip the line, and they usually have your order to you the next day;)

Following a 3.5-hour session on April 9, Doggie Divas Grooming Salon in Mulberry caused severe…read moredistress to our Toy Poodle, resulting in a veterinary-diagnosed collapsed trachea from improper restraint. Despite the dog being in obvious distress, staff failed to communicate issues until after hours of anxiety-inducing handling. Staff also did not inform the owner of my call and how upset I was. The owner learned about it when she saw a post that I made weeks later. That says a lot about her staff that she claims is so good. The owner offered a belated refund which we declined for many reasons only after the incident was shared on social media, lacking proper accountability for the permanent injury caused. Please do not use this place.

I like them as a groomer. My problem is they have a high turn around with groomers. As soon as I…read moreget someone I like they are gone and I have to change. Different groomers cut different. It just isn't consistent enough for me. I have only had one groomer that I did not care for and avoided scheduling with her but got her again because the groomer my dog was scheduled to see was running behind. I gave her another chance but still did not like her work. She is probably gone now anyway so not worth mentioning her name. Also, their prices are pretty high. I have changed to a new mobile groomer that will come to my house for much cheaper. I will still use Woof Gang in a pinch. I don't dislike them but for the cost I would like consistency. The staff is always friendly and my dog feels comfortable there. I mean as comfortable as a dog can seem while getting a bath and cut lol.

BROKEN LEG! It is…read moreunfortunate that I am having to even post this. Grooming deals has not only broken my dog's leg but has cost and will continue to cost us thousands of dollars in vet bills due to the break being so bad that she may have to have amputation if her surgery doesn't take. When this was addressed with the owner and the groomer that did this, they not only acted unapologetic but they also charged my mother for the service. They only refunded the money after we called back and demanded a refund. When we told them we will be taking legal action, Angie's (owner) response was to ask my mother if she could go to a cheaper vet and that "hopefully her insurance will be able to cover this". We took piper to an Emergency ER vet, as anyone would do whose dog's leg was just freshly broken. This is what she and her staff think of our pets. They are money to them and do not care about the safety and wellbeing of the dogs. Three other people that we spoke with today about the incident (two family friends and and family member) also had similar experiences with this establishment. Photos below. It would not let me post the video (I'll be posting it to their Facebook as well as mine). Ask yourself why my dog is being flipped upside down by her leg? Would you feel comfortable putting your pet in these hands?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this grooming service…read more I brought my dog in and provided very specific instructions regarding how I wanted her groomed. Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed, and there was no communication with me before significant changes were made to her haircut. When I picked her up, nearly all of her hair had been shaved off, while her tail was left long and she was given a Mohawk. This was completely different from what I had requested. Had the groomer contacted me before proceeding with a haircut that differed so drastically from my instructions, I could have addressed the issue at that time. I requested a refund because the service I paid for was not what I received, but my refund was refused. I was instead offered a complimentary grooming service. I declined because, after this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my dog again. I am very unhappy with both the grooming itself and the lack of communication. I believe customers should be able to expect their instructions to be followed and to be contacted if there is any uncertainty about how their pet should be groomed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this grooming service and would encourage other pet owners to consider their options carefully before booking an appointment.
