Not just my annual service and pickup, but this year I hit a stick and the mower stopped working. I have a large area to mow and the grass grows tall and fast, so when I called in a panic because I was worried I'd get a ticket for tall grass, they came right away! Not only that, but they picked my tractor up at 8AM and brought it back at NOON the same day! They also troubleshot a problem I was having with the clevis on my cart bending and attached a new part in a different configuration so it would hopefully prevent any further issues. Jim and Don are the nicest guys and I always have pleasant conversations with them. It seems to honestly make them happy to give such great service and I am not exaggerating when I say they go above and beyond to make sure they can do all they can for you. Jim even said he'd have mown the lawn if he'd had the time today! I cannot recommend them enough and am so thankful the Kalamazoo location was too full to take me a couple of years ago, because paying a little extra for the pickup/dropoff to Plainwell isn't that much more and totally worth it! I am hoping to purchase a home generator at some point and this will be the business I call first!

My location is one hour round-trip keep in mind that I also had to secure the piece of equipment in the trailer. The rental agreement starts as soon as you pay your rental invoice. When returning the equipment I was charged additional $19 for being a half hour late. In the future, I will negotiate before signing any documents. I highly suggest that you do the same.

Because it was the Briggs and Stratton engine that needed work, we took it to Jim's who repaired it for $274. We will continue to buy our outdoor power equipment from Jim's and have it repaired there because we trust them.

We needed some trees removed, as well as some limbs which were overhanging our roof. The work was done over the weekend so that the project could be completed before a new roof was installed. Our yard was very overgrown with a lot of branches laying around since the last mowing last year (which i did). They did multiple passes to cut it all down and did an excellent job.
