The customer service was atrocious. I ran around town for a Christmas gift and this location had 15 in stock available for pickup. I was nearby anyways so I just pop in and saw they had shelf space but were not stocked on the shelf. I asked if there are more in the back. The boys working acted like it was an inconvenience and said they had no idea what item I was talking about, insisting there are none in store. I did not experience any significant problems at this Tractor Supply. Everyone was helpful and pretty nice about it. I had looked up an item at a different Tractor Supply location, only to find it a different price at this store. There was no problem getting the price match, other than the few minutes it took to get it done. My item was quickly loaded and I was on my way. The store was clean and the service was efficient. I am not normally in this area of town but I would not hesitate to return if I were. read more

This is the WORST TSC I've ever been been to and I have lived in FL, Ok, Mt, and a few other places. They will always have you waiting at their gates for a " load out"- even if you were the only customer in it. I literally just watched an employee finish a conversation on a cell phone, walk inside, then reemerge with keys to open the gates for me. If you live in Knoxville, And your fence is not in danger of "bleeding out" If you don't fix it right away, I recommend driving the extra a few minutes to Oak Ridge tractor supply Company. Their location is less convenient, but their service is much better and you will feel like an accomplished shopper as you leave their parking lot, Instead of feeling like a disgruntled postal employee! read more
