My boyfriend need to have his vehicle towed. The company AAA sent Quality Towing to tow his vehicle. This was not a good "Quality" impression / experience. My State Farm insurance provided me with service from this company for being locked out of my vehicle and let me tell you I was so happy with their skill and how long it took them to get to me. Thankfully, I was just at the Walmart in Clinton and they were able to reach me in 20min--very soon. I called there company directly and spoke to a very kind representative. It totally made my morning honestly I was so happy the situation even happened because they were so kind and so patient. And then to top it off once my locksmith came to my door. He managed to literally get my key out of my seat in less than five minutes. Chris was exceptionally talented and made my experience locking myself out of my car a breeze and I will forever be grateful for this company And my insurance that paid for it. Have used this place multiple times. Their prices are fair and they usually get to you quickly. However if you're stuck in mud or snow do not expect any help from them. A driver from them was sent here via AAA. My kid's car was stuck in our yard in the mud from all the wet the snow has caused. Our cars make it in and out of the actual gravel drive just fine. He parked off the driveway. Anyway the guy took one look, saw snow, ran away talking about himself getting stuck on 'ice.' Mind you it was dark so how he determined it was 'ice' is beyond me. Aaa still hadn't sent anyone else 24hrs later so we just called quality towing directly. Figuring that explaining the sitaution may help. The lady that answered had the nastiest tone I ever heard. You'd have thought my son insulted a deceased relative or something. I took the phone to explain it was not 'uphill' cause she kept saying 'up there.' I explained the drive was flat, salted and shoveled today. She kept trying to cop attitude and cut me off talking bout not risking their trucks. I interrupted explaining that I didn't want anything risked but was trying to express the situation properly so nobody wasted their time. She then stated that they could 'try' (gee thanks for doing ur job lol) but that if any sliding happened they would have to leave. That's fine all we want is an attempt. Dear god what terrible customer service. Do not call these ppl unless you're on a plain road. They'll leave you stranded without even making an attempt then abuse you when you call. So Quality Towing of Oak Ridge Tennessee just towed my wife's truck home from Clinton. The driver (Brandon) of the tow truck makes the comment that "if any BLM PROTESTERS GET IN HIS WAY HE WILL RUN THEM OVER" and laughs. My wife Tonya Hopper and sister Heather Rau... Who are of Caucasian decent was present at the time... Along with my Bi-ethnic 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. MY step father them pulls up shortly after (not knowing what just was said)... Ofcurse driver Brandon says nothing of the same capacity. Brandon then brings the car to our home (I'm outside Not knowing what was said) Brandon says nothing while doing his job...hands my wife the keys and leaves. I'm then told what had transpired. I call Quality instantly in outrage. The manger answers the phone very professional and politely. After a few words in she POLITELY interrupts me and says " Excuse for interrupting but I'm shaking I'm so mad and he will not have a job after this call ends." I was so upset I forgot the Lady's name. A "Brandon" will not tow for me ever again. My car was DEAD. Would not move.Right across the steet on Oak Ridge Turnpike happened to be a repair shop I knew NOTHING about except yrs ago an 80-ish r od man I was friends with used them occasionally. We're talking over 20 yeas ago. I needed my car towed. I looked on my oh so smartphone on Yelp and Quality towing got a good review. Yelp hasn't let me down yet so I called them and i'M SO GLAD I DID! Going to this car repair/gas station/rip off joint was a HUGE mistake but Destin I believe became my hero! He was the true hard working gentleman who came to rescue and tow my car and me not just once but twice in less than 24 hours. He was fast, very professional and extremely kind. This place called the next morning and told me my car was ready. Paid an outrageous price for no more than they did but that's a separate review. I drove maybe 4 miles, stopping once, and on Ilinois at the stoplight IN the turn lane, my car did the EXACT SAME THING-IT JUST WAS DEAD! I was furious! Had a man cuss me at my window. I called Quality towing again and Destin showed up quite fast. We returned to the repair shop I'd just paid and left less than an hour before thinking my car was fine. Of course, they knew I was on my way back. When Destin took my car off his extremely cool looking wrecker he asked me did I want to pay the towing bill or just give it to them. I didn't realize I even had and option. Of course I said "let them." Bless his heart, HE walked in, gave it to the man behind the desk and without words got it signed and smiled at me and left. To me and anyone I hope to inform, if you HAVE to be towed- Call QUALITY TOWING in the Oak Ridge 4area. I called three companies to get quotes to tow my truck this past weekend. Quality LLC was the best price by $10. I was not stuck on the side of the road so this was not an emergency situation. I called and scheduled to meet the tow truck where my truck had broken down. It was a Sunday and plan to meet the driver and hour and a half from the time I spoke the the dispatcher. The dispatcher who answered the public number was friendly and polite. The tow truck was late I called to confirm there was not a mix up 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I was assured the driver was on his way. The driver called a few minutes later and said he was headed my direction. He showed up 30- 40 minutes after our planed time. It took a couple of minutes to load my truck, all wheel drive required a "Roll back." I followed behind the 9 miles to the garage that will perform repairs. The driver said it would be the same as the dispatcher told me over the phone, no load fee or per mile charge just a flat rate. $65.00 All in all it was as pleasant experience as possible under the circumstances. I was worried after I read two of three terrible reviews on google. I would call these guys again, hopefully not anytime soon. I am not judging the tardiness to harshly since I told them it was not an emergency, and it was also an ugly rainy Sunday afternoon. read more

Four hours away from home on a road trip, my car's transmission decided to give out. I used Nissan's Roadside Assistance and they set me up with Quality Towing. They were timely, efficient, and helpful. I called AAA to have my car towed from Oak Ridge TN to Athens TN which is a hour away and he was late getting the car to start when he arrived he was alone then almost 2 hours later he had a female with him. Disappointing service. My wife hit a deer on her way to work. When Quality Towing arrived, they loaded the car onto the truck, and the windows were still down with the hazards and headlights still on. I asked him if he was going to roll the windows up and turn off the lights when he got to his place of business. The gentleman assured me he would do that as well as secure the vehicle. When he left the scene, he pulled into a Weigels gas station for gas, and I decided to follow for confirmation once again that the car's windows would be rolled up and the hazards/headlights turned off when he arrived at his lot. He assured me again that he would take care of it. Two days later my insurance company contacted Quality Towing to pick up my car for transport to a collision center for estimates and repairs, and they were told by Quality that my car was not in their lot. Once this was worked out by a conference call among me, my insurance company, and a representative from Quality (as they did have my car), the insurance company was able to transport the car to the collision center as planned. However, when the car reached the collision center, the windows were still down, the hazard light button was still engaged, and the car battery was dead because the lights had been left on. My biggest concern was that my 2014 Infinit had been exposed to open weather because the windows had been down for the entire 2 days it was stored in Quality's lot. After all this, they also said that they had not been given a key to the car, which they had been, and later stated that the key was left in the vehicle before it was transported to the collision center. This company was very unprofessional and lacked attention to detail and communication among its employees. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. During the conference call, they went over the charges for the tow bill and it was absolutely ridiculous!! They also tried to charge an extra day's lot fee (their bill started charges on the 6th but the accident was on the 7th). They charged a tow fee, labor fee, gate fee and a lot fee. The tow itself was $175 and the labor was $375 with a $40 gate fee, but I do not remember the lot fee. Either way it was ridiculous and their service was completely unprofessional. read more

I extend my thanks and appreciation to Quality Towing for the professional way in which I was served. A call on a Saturday afternoon was received well by the business and response was more than professional and kind. I even had a special request for the wrecker to stop by my house first to see where a car that was in storage would go at my home. This would make a difference in how to load (front or back first) on the roll-back. I was given an hour and 1/2 window but response was even quicker as the driver (Dan) was on his way and at my home within less than an hour. The gentlemen introduced himself and presented a very professional and courteous attitude and help and discussed the best way and how to drop the car once it was at my home. The driver met me at a storage area and took special care with my old car and respected me and my needs. The driver then took special car in delivering the car to my house and helped me get it into the garage. All went very well and he (the driver) should be commended on his professionalism and courteous approach as well as his knowledge of how to handle the load and people around him.
