They always have what I'm looking for because the stores are better edited and organized. The staff is also better trained in customer service not to mention they all know their stuff. That is the case here too. Recently opened by two brothers buying here helps support local businesses and a better grade of staff who know what they are doing. They have a great BBQ section and they will assemble and deliver any of the grills for free. The regular big hardware stores don't do that. We met Matt, one of the two brothers who owns the business. He's clearly passionate about offering a great value and service. The staff are ready to help and solve problems not just point where stuff is. There are also some local items to buy like most Ace stores that add a nice personal touch. We look forward to going back and supporting our local businesses. They are willing to assemble things you buy if they don't come put together. And they have a great BBQ and grilling area, better than any warehouse or club store. Instead of putting ut dozens of the same grills to look complete they only put out display models so they can also show you all the accessories, spices, and teach you which one is right fro your style of grilling or smoking.

I purchased a utility steal door. Brandon the manager of the doors department greeted us with the appropriate greeting of the day and assisted us with picking out the perfect door that we needed. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable of Home Depot doors not limited but to include inswing, outswing, primed steal, interior, exterior, width, height, residential, commercial and standard size doors. Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty and explained the different doors that suites our need. It is a typical Lowe's store…read more The selection is huge. Cleaning products, lumber, tools, paint, you know they carry so many brands. Pricing is the same as many chain home improvement stores. There is nothing special or bad about pricing. Service is what it is. So many Lowe's no longer have cashiers. That to me is a joke, but hey who am I to judge. Oh yeah a customer. A typical Lowe's, a little cleaner than most so they have that going for them.
