When she handed me Sassy I looked at her paws she said did they not cut her pads and I said no they didn't. She took her in the back room I thought she was cutting them WRONG she didn't. She looked just like she did when I took her in there except for the hair right below her eyes had been cut and not good. I think when she took her in the back room that's what she did. There was another person in there picking up his dog so I thought I would just call the owner the next day and explain what happened . I called two days in a row asking for a call back no call back.
