What a horrible place. Incompetence all over the store. Don't try to buy fish there!…read more I wanted to set up a glo-fish tank and for 3 months the fish were under quarantine. We are frequent customers of this location. It hasn't ever been a "bad" experience, they've always…read morebathed and groomed the dogs and that was that. The last time we picked up our German Shepherd she was still wet and the employee said "Jasmine didn't like the dryer today" I brushed it off and thought well Jasmine is a little wild I'll let it slide. I went in last week to get dog food and thought I'd book my pups grooming appointment in person. The worker said it would be a week before she could get to my dogs. She said that it was "only her" now and she's swamped. I didn't think twice about it, I understood it could be busy and or booked up. Today I dropped off my Yorkie and German Shepherd at 10:30am when their appointment was Scheduled. I picked them up 3:30pm, so they had them for 5+ hours. The employee did tell me she "knicked" my Yorkies ear but had put medicine on it to make it clot. I was little confused but the medicine she had applied to her ear was the same color as her skin so it kind of camouflaged the wound apparently. Once I get to the car after going to get the Yorkie first and then my German 2nd i then noticed that my Germans neck and entire back end was wet. Not damp but wet! Get home and look down at my Yorkie eating and notice she was cut on her stomach as well! She was bleeding on her Belly where they had knicked her as well. After that I was pissed! Once sitting on the couch I looked down and noticed my Yorkie's ear. The medicine had obviously rubbed off or warn off and you could see this so called "Knick" very clearly and I was appalled. This was not a Knick it was a serious cut, not to mention another cut on her belly! I paid and tipped a total of $91 for them to cut my Yorkie twice and for my German to come home wet! The German now looks like she needs a groom again because her hair on her back end dried all different ways because she wasn't dried properly. I will not be bringing back my dogs here ever again.

I was very excited to find this vendor online and pleased that they had a variety of pets at…read morereasonable prices. I ordered 2. medium hermit crabs (they had a buy one, get one free sale, so I'd actually be getting 4. I also ordered 2 brown anoles listed as feeders, intending to keep them as pets. My first clue something was wrong is that days passed without an email confirming that my animals had shipped. I checked my email constantly, wanting to be sure to be home. A week later, I woke up to an email saying my order had shipped and was on it's way.....I'm thinking I have a day or two to finish getting their habitats set up. I decide to check tracking, and it's a good thing I did! My animals were already at my local post office! Now I have to was seriously worried. Why? Because I had absolutely no idea how long these animals had been in transit! I could find no history through tracking to show where or when they had been. My mail carrier never fit to my house until 2:30 in the afternoon! Those poor creatures had been sitting in the post office for HOURS on top of however long they'd been traveling! I got the box from my carrier and was completely shocked that there was NO Live Animal stamped or written anywhere on the box! That probably had a huge bearing on how the box was handled at every facility! Once inside, I started owning the box.....and a disgusting smell hit me in the face! My heart sank. I just knew all the animals were dead, I felt like bawling, but continued to unpack them. I took out 2 plastic "bowls" with lids. The anoles were in them, not one in each container, but TWO! 3 of them were DEAD and VERY decomposed. The fourth was laying on top of DRY moss, on top of his dead friend, his eyes closed and looking very thin/dehydrated. I wanted to cry, but opened the container and he jumped up! At least he was alive. The hermit crabs were packaged all together in nothing but a nylon bag tied with a ribbon. They were all alive, but there were EIGHT of them and they were large, not medium as I ordered! I was not prepared to house eight hermit crabs! Or 4 anoles! The only reason the company sent so many is that they EXPECTED some or most to DIE!! I took pictures of the dead anoles and emailed the company, asking if they were replacing them. Their reply was: "We'll forward this to shipping". WHAT?!?! I have not heard a PEEP from them since. They do NOT care about the well-being of the animals they make money off, but only about their own gain. I will NEVER buy from them again and will vehemently advise others to steer clear of them!

I purchased three anoles online, and the timeframe for shipping was ridiculous to begin with, but I…read morefigured I would wait anyway. A month passed, and nothing, and then another month. I started calling and asking where my order was, and when I managed to get through, I was given one excuse after another after another. I finally demanded my money back after several months, and then my calls started getting ignored. Take your money elsewhere. Do not trust these thieves.

Went here with my parents to get my dad's horse some feed…read more The cashier was really sweet and she told us they had other animals in the back room. She mentioned a mini pig so I had to see it. Once we got back there she pointed out that there was a snake in one of the tanks. I asked if I could hold the snake but then I was not expecting the snake to be the size it was. I thought it was like a baby still. Lol so I was scared at first when she pulled it out and was like ehhhhh I don't think I wanna hold it. She goes to put it back in the cage and then I change my mind and wanted to hold it again, so shoutout to that lady for being patient with my crazy self. Anyways, I held this ball python and it actually wasn't bad at all. I've been playfully saying I wanted a pet snake for years but after holding this one I kind of actually really want one! This store was very clean and everyone who worked there was very nice! We received great service here and I'm sure my dad will make this his regular place for horse feed now. The guys who work there also load your car for you when you buy anything that they store in the warehouse so that was nice that we didn't have to carry the heavy bags of feed or anything.

I got there and was by the door a little early, they open at 11 and I was by the dot at 10;57. So first employee gets off his vehicle and greets me with "your going to be a while, we still have to open" so I said ok and let him know I just need a quick propane refill. I didn't mind waiting but what really pissed me off is that a guy comes out at 11:03 dragging his feet acting upset. So I just left him alone let him do his job and refill my propane tank. Once he was done he gave me my tank back then wrote the total in a paper so I can go pay, but in this entire process this guy never looks my way or acknowledges that I exist! So once he puts the ticket my way I grab it and tell him "thank you I appreciate it" and he just walks off!!! I will definitely just keep going to tractor supply in town, they have always been super friendly. Even on Sunday mornings lol!!
