The filter it's spark plugs checking everything out to make it sure it would be ready for this summer plus they was running a winter special for delivery and pickup, instead of $60. It was gonna be $30. After four weeks, I called to follow-up. And I was told that they was waiting on parts when I stated. I did not authorize any additional part again. I was told no, the $259. Included the parts they ordered, which was a filter. And I should get it in the next two weeks today I got a phone call that it was ready to be delivered back home. And when I went to pay the bill, instead of it being the price, I quoted, I was charged $378. When I question that the lady said, I must have misunderstood, which I didn't I wrote it down and she was going to talk to the counterpeople, to let Em know they was given out the wrong information on pricing. When I stated, I will not make this mistake again. By coming back there, she didn't act like she even cared that she was losing possibly an ongoing customer.. I had several friends. Tell me that I should not have sent my mower there. And now I know why so be on the where of the quoting, they give you, because it's going to change to a higher price.. i was hoping this would be a place I could count ongoing forward. Because I don't have my husband to help me on this. So obviously they've lost a future customer going forward. I will be looking elsewhere for any services needed on my mower.

The other place I took her returned her to me with the oil leak after I asked them to check her over completely. Well needless to say I would not go there again which is when I stumbled upon Eljay. I dropped her off. They were friendly and professional. Replaced a gasket seal and followed up to let me know she was ready. I picked her up she's purring like a kitten and it turned out the repair was under warranty! I highly recommend these guys and I'm sure you will be as delighted as I am with the result!

The process was very difficult... lady waiting on was trying but let me tell you about her associate....Cathy ...who by the way should be fired!!!! I asked the person waiting on me if she could call somebody to help us because the return was a huge struggle. Meantime Cathy starts shaking her head with discuss, I asked her why she was shaking her head at me? Quote she said Because I Can !!! I asked her name she refused, I went closer to read on her apron and let her know I was going to wright a bad review and she said go ahead.....because of her lack of professionalism and terrible manors she shared... when she had nothing to do with my return and lack Of help with her associates if she could have done a better job defusing or solving the problem.... What happened to customer service ??? If you don't like your job , you shouldn't be in customer contact. One bad apple will spoil the atmosphere... it becomes contaminated and contagious...

When I came here, they had a variety of sizes and brands for me to choose from. They made my life easier. The store is directly located across the street from their competitors, so when one doesn't have what you want, you can easily drive across the street and hopefully find what you need. I get lost in this store, so it takes me awhile to find what I am looking for, but I eventually find it. The friendly associates in orange vest, are always ready to assist. They ask me what I am looking for and I tell them, I always look lost. The store is clean and well organized for a Big Box. If you're an early riser, they open at 6AM.

It is such a quaint, a little what seems like a small town country store. However, there is literally everything you need inside. We have chickens, dogs, and much more, and there's everything in the store that we could possibly need. Since I did mention, I previously just had surgery I asked the gentleman as soon as I walked in if he didn't mind helping me lift it out to my car. I told him exactly what I needed. He didn't walk me down the aisle. He knew exactly what I needed. He rang me out and brought it to my car and talk to me for about five minutes. I came from a small town in now live in the big city as I feel it is, and this location was so great with customer service, and made me feel like I was back in my small town Forget farm and home we will definitely be coming here for every thing we need from now on!
