With a full bar sitting directly across from the stage, a friend of mine offered me a drink (I don't drink anymore) & when a bartender overheard that I don't drink, he offered Mood Brü. I wish I could remember the flavor, it was really good (I like all of the Mood Brü flavors). LowDown is downstairs from Duet, a spot you can grab a bite (the last time I had food there was for a New Year's Eve & it was good). A plus about LowDown is that a lot of acts out of Tulsa perform there. It's a good way to get familiar with the local scene. I attended the show with Kennedy (from MTV). We arrived early for the early show. To kill time we chilled at a table between check in and the spasciou bar. Once the doors opened we joined the line and were easily seated in the second row, facing the stage backwards. I thought I'd hate it but it was okay. Our table mates were quite amiable. Every person must order two items. We ordered the special margaritas and they were spectacular. So much so, we ordered again. Not so great the second time, but our waitress understood and promptly corrected. As for the offered food -- we observed our table mates' deliveries and they looked like carefully spruced up frozen items. Not bad. The "Meet & Greet" went smoothly with the graciousness of Kennedy and the club's setup. I can't wait to go again.

The sound system was excellent (I'd suggest sitting farther back of intense noise is an issue for you). The band we saw was an 80s tribute band whose name I can't remember, but they were awesome. We didn't have any food, so I can't offer thoughts on that -- I will say that the non-beer selection of hard alcohol was super limited. I'm a bourbon person and I think there was Jack Daniel's and Maker's and that's about it. Not sure about other types of alcohol. For an entertainment spot, though, definitely 4 stars. Look forward to returning the next time I'm in Tulsa!

The stools were extremely uncomfortable for a 3 or 4 hour show, the long table we sat at was either loose or was not bolted down, it kept tilting when someone old sit at it and lean on it. There were some tables with stools and stools that ran along the bar so there were a good amount of seats for people with a clear view of the stage. The tables weren't too clustered so people could move around and get to the bar or the bathroom. The bathrooms were in the south side of the building opposite of the stage.
