It was not an easy task considering how hot the Austin market is, however, Lexi and her team worked hard to present us with high quality candidates. And before 2019 ended, we filled both of those roles with referrals sent from Lexi. We could not be happier to have our newest team members onboard and to have worked with such a great team at Prestige. We look forward to continuing our partnership in 2020.

We've used this agency many times with minor slip-ups. Generally their staff was rarely on time,…read morebut often they did send good temporary help to set-up and take down the show at Americasmart. But, at best, the office end was not very organized. This time it was a fiasco . . . and more surprisingly, they could care less. Two temp fellows were supposed to help me pack up. Neither showed. George informed me (after I called him after they were late . . . unlike NY agencies, they did not call me to confirm staff arrival) that neither showed and one they reached was just sitting at home! I informed him I luckily had found one guy to work (Diversified was just going to leave me with no one), but I needed another. George said he'd come and help and called when he was leaving Forest Park near the airport. He never came. They called to say they found me another guy . . . but that guy never showed either! When I called to ask why, they said he couldn't find parking! As the owner of my business, I was sure the owner June just wasn't aware of the fact that 3 guys never showed and they left me in a lurch. She informed me she was aware and that it was a "miscommunication". No apology (until I mentioned I was surprised by the lack of one), no satisfaction for me the customer. Three guys (and George) didn't show and that was a miscommunication?! She informed me that they had fired those guys, which obviously does nothing to help me, the customer. I asked if in the future I could rely on them to be sure they'd furnish help, and she said no. With management like that, it's no wonder the staff is unreliable. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional, reliable company. There's no point in hiring agency help that doesn't show up.

From the moment we walked in, the agency was warm, professional, genuinely excited to work with kids. They took the time to get to know my daughter's personality and interests, which made her feel so comfortable- she's usually shy, but they had her laughing and posing for headshots in no time. The agency's keeps us updated on auditions and opportunities without overwhelming us, and they've been super transparent about process fees, and what to expect in the industry. What I love most of all is that they prioritize the kids. They are not pushy, and they make it clear that this should be fun for the little ones. The whole vibe is positive and encouraging, which is so important when you're trusting someone with your child's dreams. If you are thinking about getting your kid into acting or modeling, I'd definitely recommend giving Kiddin Around Models and Talent a shot!
