Company culture is the real deal with IT Works Recruitment. Everyone is professional but still knows how to make you feel comfortable and have fun. When it is time to get down to business they set very clear goals that are not only realistic but also push you to be the best you can. My interview was with the CEO, Gary. He is very straight forward and knows the type of talent he is looking for, but also looks beyond just the resume. He asked questions to get to know me and not just my skills. This was very different in a good sense, in most interviews you feel you need to sell your skills more than letting them know what type of person you are. A big part of onboarding is always the benefits, which can be confusing.
