It was two days before the start date I still hadn't heard from the school system about all the details . The Friday before I was going to start I got a call from my recruiter stating that the contract fell through . This is the third disappointment with this company . The first was with a contract that got ended after one month because they hired Within . Beware of Soliant contract company I very recently had a…read moreterrible experience with Soliant (out of Peachtree, GA). They advertised a school- job on Indeed in the area I'd recently moved to. I sent them my resume and they had me interview with the school district. Following the interview, the recruiter at Soliant informed me the district would like to proceed with hiring me for the position. I was given a start date, filled out all the paperwork, got drug tested, etc...and signed their contract. Soliant then kept pushing the start date further out. There are a few reviews of Soliant Health on Google and other sites, including reviews about working at Soliant Health and reviews about Soliant Health's response to inquiries: Unethical recruitment tactics One reviewer on Indeed.com says that Soliant Health uses unethical recruitment tactics, such as submitting candidates for jobs they didn't authorize, and advertising false job postings. Bait and switch Another reviewer on Vivian.com says that Soliant Health used a bait and switch tactic, hanging up on them after they were honest about what they were applying for.
