But, at best, the office end was not very organized. This time it was a fiasco . . . and more surprisingly, they could care less. Two temp fellows were supposed to help me pack up. Neither showed. George informed me (after I called him after they were late . . . unlike NY agencies, they did not call me to confirm staff arrival) that neither showed and one they reached was just sitting at home! I informed him I luckily had found one guy to work (Diversified was just going to leave me with no one), but I needed another. George said he'd come and help and called when he was leaving Forest Park near the airport. He never came. They called to say they found me another guy . . . but that guy never showed either! When I called to ask why, they said he couldn't find parking! As the owner of my business, I was sure the owner June just wasn't aware of the fact that 3 guys never showed and they left me in a lurch. She informed me she was aware and that it was a "miscommunication". No apology (until I mentioned I was surprised by the lack of one), no satisfaction for me the customer. Three guys (and George) didn't show and that was a miscommunication?! She informed me that they had fired those guys, which obviously does nothing to help me, the customer. I asked if in the future I could rely on them to be sure they'd furnish help, and she said no. With management like that, it's no wonder the staff is unreliable. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional, reliable company. There's no point in hiring agency help that doesn't show up.

It is not that this firm is absolutely terrible, but it has very real shortcomings for the price. I will give concrete examples. Most law firms go over the paperwork with you, and they help you fill out the questionnaires and what not. This firm WILL NOT do that. If you are latino and have poor English, you're on your own! You have to fill everything out yourself. I had gone to a firm in Atlanta before, and they went over every single line with you. You didn't do anything home alone. Second, when you call them on the phone, GOOD LUCK! You will be put on an answering machine. You can't speak to a human. You have to leave a message and they "get back to you" in some time. This is horrible! The other firm I mentioned which I used, in Atlanta, has a human being ACTUALLY answer the phone! How crazy! And they are knowledgeable with the law and help you! Not here. Pretty much the ONLY reason anyone should ever go here is if it is close to them and they have no other choice. If you can afford the drive, go somewhere else. This is important for you after all. On a last note, I heard the staff MOCKING a "customer" after they hung up the phone, because they expected that they were going to receive aid in filling out the forms! They were talking behind their back and laughing and mockingly saying how of course they are not going to go over every little line with them and "fill it out for them"... but this is what a good law firm does! They're there to hold your hand. I've got many more gripes, but I thought I'd just write out the concrete ones. How disappointing. I wish I knew this before I dropped multiple grand $$$ here. Oh yeah, and just take a look how the other "review" on here with 5 stars is OBVIOUSLY FAKE.... it reads like a freaking ad! It is so obviously not an actual review, probably the owners buddy.
