We've used this agency many times with minor slip-ups. Generally their staff was rarely on time,…read morebut often they did send good temporary help to set-up and take down the show at Americasmart. But, at best, the office end was not very organized. This time it was a fiasco . . . and more surprisingly, they could care less. Two temp fellows were supposed to help me pack up. Neither showed. George informed me (after I called him after they were late . . . unlike NY agencies, they did not call me to confirm staff arrival) that neither showed and one they reached was just sitting at home! I informed him I luckily had found one guy to work (Diversified was just going to leave me with no one), but I needed another. George said he'd come and help and called when he was leaving Forest Park near the airport. He never came. They called to say they found me another guy . . . but that guy never showed either! When I called to ask why, they said he couldn't find parking! As the owner of my business, I was sure the owner June just wasn't aware of the fact that 3 guys never showed and they left me in a lurch. She informed me she was aware and that it was a "miscommunication". No apology (until I mentioned I was surprised by the lack of one), no satisfaction for me the customer. Three guys (and George) didn't show and that was a miscommunication?! She informed me that they had fired those guys, which obviously does nothing to help me, the customer. I asked if in the future I could rely on them to be sure they'd furnish help, and she said no. With management like that, it's no wonder the staff is unreliable. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional, reliable company. There's no point in hiring agency help that doesn't show up.

As soon as we entered the office, there was no greeting and the staff was very unfriendly and rude. My intention was just to get information in regards a job fair they had posted online but during my visit, it was very disappointing and the receptionist representing the staff agency, showed no interest on hiring the four candidates that were there this afternoon. Preferred Personal Solutions, need to hire internal employees that are willing to show respect and professionalism when it comes to new hires and most importantly to represent their organization they work for...thanks for reading this review.

They only have warehouse jobs, never permanent, just short assignments, lasting maybe 2 or 3 days per week. I was sent on a 3 week assignment making 8 dollars. The last assignment I took paid me 8$s and the actual company that I worked for told me that they paid Horizon 14.00 per hour for each employee. Horizon took 6 and paid me 8. Ridiculous . The office workers were a bunch of liars, Keisha being the first and NeNe second. They never kept their word. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . Its other staffing services in the area that have better jobs and know how to treat people right.

If applicants are looking for work, where is the assistance? All of the required information is in their database, so they should contact applicants rather than expecting the applicant to call and email asking if/when there will be assignments available.

All locations are serving independent. I ask another location what to expect with the interview and that location don't do phone interview an apparently don't know the routine. No one has call from original location about the job I was applying for this job was listed immediately start. I have worked for other temp agency for many years and Adecco Employ should be A shame. When I did contact someone he started we hire for some company now I don't know the Logistics of company yet cause no one has contact me. One of the Qualifications was attention to detail.

This place sucks. I drove my roommate here for her interview with Rashawn (not sure if I spelled it…read moreright) Made it seem like they had work, weeks went by and no phone call from her. Whenever my roommate called the office, Rashawn will tell them they don't have anything, in an rude way, like 'Why are you still calling me' kind of way. They actually did call 1 day though, on a Sunday asking if she can go in to work the following day. . .that was it.
