NASTY, RACIST & RUDE RECRUITERS AND COMPANY AS A WHOLE. I will never work through Randstad again…read more This agency is too large and too arrogant and too obnoxious that it honestly thinks it can abuse employees and treat the blacks as if we are less than worthy of respect. Not only will I never work through them, if I ever have a business or obtain a position where I have some say in the staffing services my company uses - RANDSTAD WILL NEVER BE USED. I applied for work through indeed for a randstad position that was posted. A week later someone from an out of state phone number claiming to be with randstad said they had a position for me and they wanted me to call them. I called and immediately a woman with a heavy accent picked up and demanded my social security number and birthdate and address to pull me up in their system. I've been the victim of identity theft many times and i know better than blurting all of that info out to a stranger over the phone who claims to be with any particular company. I advised this agent that I didn't know who she was and that I would need to contact the local office to see If they knew her. I contacted the local randstad office and the recruiter said she had never heard of the woman and that they had no such positions in their office and she basically said not to give my information to this woman who was rude and shouting at me demanding my information. So I called this supposed recruiter back 'who was VERY RUDE' and told her I wasn't comfortable giving my information and that the local recruiters did not know her and I explained that I has been the victim of identity theft before. She was literally demanding my full social security number, date of birth, address, etc. She continued to demand my information. I ended the call. Months later I contacted randstat while in Atlanta (a new city for me) looking for work. I called The lithia springs office and spoke to Josh. He pulled me up and simply said "one of our recruiters has had a negative experience with you". He then refused to tell me anything about jobs essentially implying he would not offer me anything. He also refused to tell me about the 'negative experience'. He too was rude. I called the Texas office as I had just moved from texas and they said they could not tell me what was written even though they could see it. At this time I did not know where this negative experience could have come from. So I called back to the lithia springs office and this time spoke with the office manager, a woman, who read verbatim what was said. Apparently the woman no one knew was a recruiter for randstad who was out of state was in fact a randstad recruiter. How was I suppose to know when no one at the local office knew her? And she was recruiting for their office? She had put a long note in the system saying she was so insulted that I refused to give my information and she was insulted that I thought she was a fraud. THE PEOPLE AT THE ACTUAL RANDSTAD OFFICE DID NOT KNOW HER AND SAID NO POSITIONS SHE MENTIONED EXISTED! Because of her statement, regardless of the reasoning behind it, Randstad's agents and recruiters refused to even listen to what happened taking the side of a r2ceuiter they do not know, have probably never met, and I know that if I was white and concerned over identity theft the woman would have done more to relieve my concerns instead of being belligerent and demanding my information as if she had some type of right to it. Randstad's recruiters are obnoxious and ugly. They think we are all desperate boo boo the fools to expect us to blurt out our entire social security numbers and dates of birth to complete strangers who call from out of state numbers with thick foreign accents over the phone. The white people who run randstad would never do that. But they expect the blacks who look for work through them to. Randstad I told your recruiter to cancel all of my paperwork. You tried to treat me like a Nigg@@ and no sir that doesnt fly. I don't need to work for idiots.

Called Manpower Lithia Springs to obtain a position at Johnson Controls in Lithia Springs. I was…read moretold there was a block put on my profile due to "Falsified Employment Dcouments" and they cannot help me with a job!? Ok. So I decide to go in and see if I can get some face to face help on this mistake. I have not worked many jobs here in GA, I have and KNOW all correct information on these previous jobs which is also on my W2s in my possession, so I know the was a mistake on THEIR end... There at Manpower, I met and was assisted by Kimberly Baez who says she took the matter to Corporate because she finds the hold put on my profile, but no explanation as to WHY. She does not have the right to remove the hold on my profile, unfortunately. She tells me to wait a few days until Corporate gives her a word back. I return yesterday, Aug 10 2019 a month later after no word and she remembers me, why I a there, remembers that I have a family with kids and all, nice woman. She also remembers the company I was struggling to obtain a position in, Johnson Controls. She informs me that she's been checking emails etc and there was no word at all from corporate, hands me a card with two numbers to reach corporate and see if I can solve the matter on my own. She also informs me of another company hiring called Kehe and has to spell it out for me twice so that it can stick for me, which I'm greatful for. She also asks, " Well have you gone to HR over at Johnson Controls?" I let her know I've already gone but am also going back after leaving Manpower because my father in law, who is my reference and has been working there for years now, also asked me to do the same. She asks me because she says, " Yeah, I remember you said you had a family and kids so if you were in here a month ago and STILL not working, that's not good at all." So I was happy she remembered me personally and I felt she cared for my best interests. "Well do you know Tynesha?" She asks me. I let her know I have no idea who that is and she tells me I should ask for Tynesha. BOOM!!!!! So I'm getting somewhere, I'm closer now to obtaining this position at the job I've been wanting! Of course I thank her very much and head out. Pulling out of my parking spot I realise my mistake and pull back in to write down, " Tynesha, sent by Kimberly Baez" so as to not forget whom I'm looking for and who sent me. There at Johnson Controls I have the woman at the desk page for Tynesha and I'm nervous like any interview, but also excited thinking maybe we can get around this Manpower problem and I can finally get hired at the this great place even though this isn't a scheduled interview. Tynesha comes on out only to ask me who sent me, nothing more. Upon answering Kimberly Baez from Manpower, she excuses herself and walks away into the locked building. After several minutes, returns to tell me that she just called Manpower and that nobody there had seen me, nobody there, knows me, nobody spoke with me or a Richard. Now keep in mind there are CAMERAS AND A SIGN IN SHEET at Manpower and the gentleman before me was ALSO named RICHARD, I signed in just beneath him, obviously I noticed his name. So to say, she never spoke with a Richard when she spoke with TWO within 40 minutes, SHE DOES NOT POSSESS THE NECESSARY SKILSS TO BE SITTING IN HER POSITION AS A RECRUITER ANYWHERE. I began to get PRESSED by Miss Tynesha about nobody knowing her name at Manpower, that I was never there. She makes a call I believe to Manpower in front of me, because I tell her, "Um, I'm confused, I just came from Manpower. Right here just down the road. I literally just left and Kimberly, Kimberly Baez gave me your name. I wrote it down on a paper and everything so I wouldnt forget." Nobody answers the call. I'm here to speak with someone about about a potention position that they are hiring for and about my reference and instead I have this woman and the Mapower manager pressing me for another story, CALLING ME A LIAR because the Manpower recruiter Kimberly Baez is stating "she does not know me, I was never there! When they DID get her on the phone she stated I was not there, nor did I speak with her. I told them I have her card here in my wallet, I also have the card with Manpowers corporate number she gave me, as well as the paper with Tynesha and Kimberly's name written on it in my car because I didnt want to forget who I came to speak with. Upon saying I have these cards leading back to her, she changes her story and says, "Well here's what I told him," and proceeded to repeat all things that I stated about her "help" but when it came to giving me a Tyneshas name, she claims she gave NO NAME! So her I am for a job. Confused. Embarassed. Scared. My father in law and reference sitting in front of me confused. Tynesha and the Manpower manager here state that it's a safety issue to mention someone else's name and send someone directly to the jobsite. Thier recruiter Kimberly Baez needs to fired!

At first I was hesitant because she looked and acted drunk but I needed a job. So I came into the office and brought in all my stuff but I came at 12 and told me nobody was able to accept me and if I can come back in one hour, I asked if I can wait inside and they said yes. I waited and I saw three latinas in the front just talking in Spanish, if they had so much free time maybe they could have just attended to me. Finally I was sent out back and there was about 5 of the recruiters out back!!! It's like they were waiting for me to just walk out so they wouldn't have to do their job!!! like hello you get paid for this!!! This is ridiculous!!! They didn't have anything available which is crazy because I saw their white board and it said something along the lines like "5 Spanish speaking woman" that's discrimination.. so I can't work there because I can't speak Spanish!! And men can't work for that same position?? The AUDACITY this fucking agency has!!! THE WORST PLACE EVER!!
