I was contacted by one of your recruiters in early February about a 4 month job with Wells Fargo in High Point, NC.  I actually was not interested in a short term job, but it sounded interesting and I thought it would be some good experience.  I agreed to go ahead and pursue this position which had a start date of March 1st. At the request of your recruiters, Rachel and Camille, I completed your onboarding and special forms for this position.  I made the appointment for fingerprinting and followed through with everything asked of me. The fingerprint appointment was completed and can say with 100% certainty that my background check is stellar. I've never had so much as a speeding ticket. I waited to hear something back from the recruiters regarding the position, but never did.  Even if they found someone more qualified, I think a courtesy phone call relaying that information would be the right thing to do. I came to the conclusion about 2 weeks prior to the start date that obviously this wasn't going to happen.  Absolutely no word from anyone in your company.  You people are in the human capital business and you should know better. I have located a great HR job on my own. I certainly would not ever use your services again nor recommend that anyone do. I have personally owned two professional companies in my career.  Your utter lack of communication and unprofessional behavior is what gives staffing companies a bad reputation. You certainly lived up to it.
