Their Chinese affiliate told me they had sent a corrected quote back to Vantage Point, but Vantage point just sent partial information and then left everyone hanging, forcing me to scramble for another provider. Monique used a thousand words when fifteen would have been better, and then there was no follow-up. Maybe tariff chaos threw everything off. Some other providers seemed chaotic, too.
