Love the restaurant & the golf course. People are fun & friendly. Always consistent & the menu changes every 3 months. They also have cocktails competitions with the staff... a great way to sample different drinks. Book on open table for best seating.

Two words: chicken nachos! Just get them. They were amazing and ratio of sauces/toppings to chips was perfect (aka no dry chips!). Gorgeous views while dining on the patio and service was top notch. Highly recommend!

We had reservations at this beautiful restaurant in the golf clubhouse. When i arrived, the hostess showed me there were no names with that reservation. Luckily the 1st person to get there stood up and waved. Lots of great sounding fall plates to order. (See attached menus) Lunch would have been a lot better if i would have been warned that the shrimp was covered in hot chili powder. It didn't mention it on the menu. I asked to have my shrimp rinsed. That must have horrified them. They instead took my plate to get me a new one. Meanwhile my fellow eaters finished theirs off and I only got mine back when they were done. The waiter was gone before I could ask for a to-go container. We wanted to stay for dessert. Bit after not being able to track our waiter or having to ask for him at the bar, we went elsewhere. Its a beautiful setting and the food was good. It must be hard training wait staff on how to be attentive or hostesses on seating people with reservations on remembering the name foe the next 5 minutes until all of us were there. I told my sig other we would have to go there together sometime. It is an elegant setting with good food. Not many of these places around. Oh, and though their website says 11Pm to 4 pm, it really is 11 Am. And also business casual, but when my friend called, she was told casual jeans were ok. Maybe they haven't been open long enough to get their poop in a group yet.

Holy Moly! What a nice course! First of all, it is meticulously manicured, with fairways, grens, and the grounds in general extremely well taken care of. Second, it's a fairly new facility (at the time of this review) so things are in great upkeep. The staff is friendly and helpful, the views are fantastic, and the experience top notch. Cons? It's way out in the middle of somewhere (I won't say nowhere out of respect for the nice people of Berthoud, CO). Also, Thursday through Sunday are reserved to the TPC Colorado Membership and the TPC Network - which means if you want to play, it's not going to be on a weekend. Also, not cheap. I won't post prices because due to current inflation it could be 18% higher in a year (or whatever). Really enjoyed it.

What an amazing place to hang with friends, enjoy GREAT food and stunning views of the Rockies. The structure itself is a delight, while being BIG, it is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is very good, interesting flavors and textures, I so enjoyed the Asian Noodle Salad. The truffle fries were the perfect starter. We had such a good time, great drinks, being able to sit on the patio on a perfect fall day, the view...it was such a delightful late afternoon meeting with friends.

My favorite place to bring friends and family visiting Fort Collins. Everything here is absolutely stunning. Center Stage is a fantastic restaurant that offers delicious food with a gorgeous view of Colorado's best mountains. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and compliments the natural landscape. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a larger party and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The drink selection is top-notch. The offer innovative refreshing cocktails, wines from around the world, and all of your favorite beers. Everything we tried on the menu was fantastic. It was perfectly cooked and brought out in a timely manner. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new date night spot, a beautiful place to celebrate, or somewhere to catch up with loved ones!

OMFG! This salad goes down in the books as the best salad I have EVER had! Cobb Salad, add salmon & onions - no bacon, cheese or dressing!

He's played the par 3 a number of times and hit the driving range as well, so was excited to play his first 9 holes. We lined up on the first tee, and the starter came over to talk to us. He appeared friendly and was excited by my cousin's old wooden clubs. He said he was looking forward to hearing the sound it makes when he hits it. He talked to us for a good 5 minutes, saying to enjoy the course and it was pretty open. He implied there wasn't much rush (especially with how chatty he was). We both teed off and my cousin hit his first shot into the tree, but it popped out in the middle of the fairway. The second shot also hit a tree. We weren't delaying and walking right to our next shot - normal play. Before my cousin could take his third shot, he heard the starter charging towards him. He yelled at him that he could tell he was a beginner and was playing super slowly. He told him he had to pick up his ball and move to the next hole and play way faster or leave and go back to the par 3. I offered to let the group behind us play through to try and be accommodating, but the starter didn't allow that. When I booked the tee time at 9pm the night before, just about every tee time was still available and we didn't see other out on the course, it wasn't busy. While we weren't playing speed golf, we had spent less than 10 minutes on the home before being approached to hurry it up. We agreed to leave and I told the starter I had never been rushed on a course after 2 shots. It was incredibly disappointing that he couldn't be more accommodating of a beginner trying to play his first nine holes when the course wasn't busy. He could have helped someone take to the game of golf, but instead he insulted him for trying to learn. I felt horrible as my cousin kept apologizing for being slow and getting us kicked off the course, but it clearly wasn't his fault. The starter really should be ashamed of how he acted and the course should be more supportive of new players
