They always answer any questions I have, and I have never felt duped by any mechanic jargon or like unnecessary repairs are being added on. The only downside to this place is their hours. Last time and final straw was my brakes/rotors, which I took to a third party after I suspected they were not fixed like I had paid him to do, and viola, I was given a "slap job" with used brakes!
