My husband has an original 1994 Toyota Supra that has always been garage-kept and in mint condition. Since the car is now over 30+years old, we were very hesitant to have any work done to it. We wanted to make sure it was in the right hands. Platinum Detailers did an incredible job restoring the paint. The results exceeded our expectations--the car looks absolutely beautiful and almost brand new again! They may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but after seeing their work, I completely understand why they have so many five-star reviews. A special thank-you to Joab. He is such a nice person and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of what he does. If you have a car you truly care about, I highly recommend Platinum Detailers. Ask for Joab!

However, the car started to smell really bad around day 2-3. I reached out concerned, but never received a follow up. The smell has subsided for the most part. I wish they had communicated back to address my concern, especially after paying over $400 for their services. Update- I appreciate the owner reaching out and taking accountability for their delayed response to my concern. They offered to provide additional services free of charge to remedy the problem. I don't think it's necessary at this point since the smell has subdued, but I do still appreciate their offer.

The exterior was completely covered in pollen and had built-up dirt that made the paint look dull. The inside was even more challenging between pet hair, everyday mess, and food spills. I honestly wasn't sure some of it would come out, but they took their time and cleaned every little area so thoroughly. The difference is unbelievable. The exterior is spotless and shiny, and the interior looks, feels, and smells completely refreshed. You can tell Vic/his team paid attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. Even the small areas that are usually overlooked were left incredibly clean. My neighbor sees my car almost every day, and when they saw it afterward, they genuinely thought I had bought a brand-new car! That alone says everything about the quality of their work. The price was also extremely reasonable, especially considering how much time, effort, and attention clearly went into it. I do hope it remains that way as I will keep coming back for its affordability combined with great service. I've attached photos. If your car needs some serious love, I highly recommend trusting them with it!

The windows are so clear I keep thinking I'm going to fly out. I requested the full detail interior and exterior. The clay bar was much needed, now she's so silky to the touch.
