My husband and I had back-to-back routine appointments for a cleaning (new patients as we were new…read morein town) and the hygienist didn't see us first as is standard at every other dentists office I've been to - first red flag. The dentist tells us both we need fillings redone and uses a camera to show us the spots on our teeth as "proof". I don't know know what I'm looking at, so of course I'm going to trust the expert. Well, we decide it's odd that our last routine visit within the same year didn't mention any areas to watch so we get a second opinion. Absolutely nothing wrong with our teeth, no fillings need redone. If we did what the dentist suggested we would be out hundreds of dollars each and for no real reason but money-hungry "medical professionals." I never write bad reviews, but I have to warn others because I picked this place based on the previous high reviews. Scary! Also they billed my insurance for X-rays which I didn't get. Maybe that was an error, but honestly what percentage of people check their claims for accuracy and how many "errors" don't get caught?

They would email me, text and call everyday to remind me of my appt. I asked them to just leave me one message. Susan, in her usual condescending tone, said I've put a note on your file to not contact you, I said one contact is fine not 15. She said "if you can remember" Fast forward. Was outta town. She called to ask if I was coming in. I said no, didn't know I had an appointment. No one ever called that one time. Susan was trying to make a point. That was my last interaction. I've found a new dentist. I told them it was so nice to deal with nice people.
