I had never shopped at this store before but I knew I had a couple of items in mind- Jelly Cats and Calico Critters. Thankfully, they had both! I believe I spoke to one of the owners and she was able to guide me to the sections that had these toys. I also spent some time looking around the store, it was such a nostalgic place and reminded me of a true toy store from my childhood. The quality of the toys was much higher and the prices matched, but that is expected when you're making an investment in better quality. I also appreciated their wide selection of different types of toys that would be perfect for gifts, Easter baskets, stocking stuffers, party favors, and more. Their Calico Critter selection was also the biggest I've seen in the area! Overall, I had a great experience and my gift from here is very well loved now. I definitely plan to return! A great friend of mine brought me here last month as I was about to leave to go back home, and she showed me some of the fidget toys she had bought for herself. I instantly had to have a few of them and fortunately, they had them in stock. There is something so amazing about picking up what you think you wish to purchase and be able to hold that item in your hand and the Toy Tree is one such place to have this connection. The young lady who helped us was amazing and super friendly and helpful. This has the feel of a store that has been in someone's family line for a long time, although this is not based on fact. What I can say is factual, is this is an amazing store for the young and young at heart.

It's a fun trip down memory lane, though it doesn't fully capture the magic of the original stores from the 80s and 90s. The store is now franchised rather than corporately owned, which changes the feel a bit. Prices are on the higher side, and while there are some interesting and unique items, there weren't many Toys"R"Us exclusives beyond a Geoffrey the Giraffe pop. Still, the store is clean, organized, and has plenty to explore, whether you're a collector, a parent, or just a kid at heart. A nostalgic stop, but not quite the full experience of the original Toys"R"Us. The guy at the front door was really nice.

I stop by 7/8/26 and met Chelsea Coffman she made my transaction so easy and not complicated. Gave me my reward with out a problem. She very pleasant and I was able to stay calm through it all. My experience with the older blue hair woman was very stressful and the new younger girl were rude. Seem to be a big turn over of employees. I hope DSW will continue to keep Chelsea, she's very professional and does her best to satisfy DSW customers. I always get compliments on my shoes and will continue to be a referral to DSW.

The store is crammed and stacked with all kinds of items..some stuff that has surpassed its shelf life. No order, and the staff is okay but you get the idea they are just hired help without much training. I would go there again I suppose because they do have some real bargains if you don't mind digging. The store has no curb appeal, no entry appeal either...and I am not a person that will dig through anything to save a buck. But hey..if you are, you'll love the store.
