I will start by saying that this seems like a fairly new business and I often expect some slip ups…read morebut they are over a year old, and I find it unfortunate that an owner would leave any employee in a situation where at 4pm there are no spoons and no plates for a meal to be served on after I have spent over $80 on food. That being said, the food was very good and I loved the flavors. I had the Kawaka Bowl and it was Delicious. I also tried a custom bowl with the Blue Majik base and enjoyed their waffles with a modified Kawaka topping both were good. I was here on vacation and this was one of the few locations in the area that offered actual whole foods. The ambiance was light and airy. It almost reminded me of a yoga studio walking in and they had a fitting quote on the wall. This place is otherwise ok, but it severly lacked quite a bit of attention to detail especially when the owner came in and recognized the patrons missing spoons for smoothie bowl, but lacked the ability to recognize patrons eating on napkins due to a lack of plates. Which is why I gave 2 stars despite their tasty food and good ambiance.

Counters, tables, and floors are always super clean and not sticky. The prices are on par with other competitors I've been to in East TN, which is nice to see. However, Bohemy bowls does not limit your base or topping selection. No up charges for extra toppings either. In addition to that, they do not skimp out on filling your bowl! Not to mention, all the fruit is always perfectly ripe and hasn't been sitting out salad bar style all day. The bases are soft and have a great texture unlike they just came out of the deep freeze. If you have any questions the staff is always super helpful and they might just write a little message on your bowl :) Go check them out!

First found Clean Juice while visiting from out of town and working out at Orange Theory. Clean…read moreJuice is everything ALL juice bars should be: fresh and 100% USDA certified organic. Now that I live here, I go here regularly and on one of my recent visits I noticed some changes to the inside. The guy helping me, Anthony, explained that he was the new owner and filled me in some more on the Clean Juice story and his family's journey in operating this location. So far it seems like all the changes have been positive and it's only going to get better and better. I wish every town had a Clean Juice since no other juice bars are USDA certified organic. Anthony said he'd just gone through an Organic Audit and it was extremely thorough. By eating organic juice and smoothies you know your ingredients are pesticide free, among other benefits, which is really important. This visit was specifically to try the 2023 Knoxville Vegan Challenge menu item: The Veggie Wrap. Also had a Basic One smoothie. Both were delicious, as everything I've ever tried here has been.

When I asked for an estimated wait time--only so I could step out to my car--she repeated "ASAP" in a defensive tone, offering no real clarity. I tried again, asking whether it might be 10 or 15 minutes, and got the same response. When I returned about 10 minutes later, I waited another 8 minutes before asking a different employee about my order. Only then did I learn the smoothie bowl had been sitting ready the whole time. They saw me waiting and still let it melt. To make matters worse, the bowl was spilling over the entire outside of the container, and the order was wrong: no cocoa nibs and no chocolate protein powder I paid for. The "protein bites" were also just a disgusting, low quality protein BAR that was cut up on top. Yuck. It ended up being a huge, messy disaster in my car. My husband's bowl looked better, but overall the service, communication, and quality were far below expectations.
