My family dentist first referred me to Dr. Lybbert, and I have seen him on two additional occasions. Without hesitation I recommend him to anyone in need of an endodontist. Pair his experience and knowledge with up-to-date equipment and you've found the best Helena has to offer.

I will most definitely be back for my teeth straightening (they have a program like Invisalign, but more affordable - although I can't remember what it's called at the moment). Thank you!!

The staff was mediocre and barely pleasant. Almost like it was an inconvenience to ask questions. Make sure to ask questions about every possible charge you may get, such as an exam, ct scan, x rays, temporary or permanent filling after root canal, etc. If they give you a temporary filling, you will need to go to a regular dentist and pay several hundred dollars to get a permanent filling. They could easily improve by explaining to new clients what to expect with billing instead of being surprised after the work is complete.

Dr. Johnson is empathic, kind and skilled. His entire staff is very caring and kind and his assistant and nurse were nearly pain free and really listened to my conditions and situation requiring breaks from mouth work, pain free shots, and patience in all endeavors. They are working with my balance that my insurance doesn't cover, and have been fabulous about making payments. I felt no judgement and was treated with the utmost respect. My family had an unfortunate experience with another dental practice in Butte, and believe me this was a very welcoming change. Dental work is traumatic and I believe should have coverage in medicare especially for the elderly as it has a direct impact on our health. When dealing with people with health issues, compassion is I believe, a necessary skillset. Thank you Dr. J!

I didn't know anything about this dental practice; I called them to see about a second opinion for…read morerestoring several teeth to prevent further damage because I was having doubts about the proposed treatment plan I received from another local dental practice, etc. Carolyn answered the phone, & she listened to my "tale of woe" from another local dental practice (check my reviews to read what happened there) which had me feeling rather hopeless about my teeth! Carolyn was reassuring, & she mentioned that if I needed a crown on another tooth, that it takes just one visit: I found that to be a game-changer for me (after spending multiple visits at another local dental practice over 2 months for ONE crown which failed, resulting in a very expensive root canal from a local endodontist)! I made the appointment, & recall telling Carolyn that it was because of her that I was doing so. I feel very strongly about excellent customer service & found Carolyn to be exceptional. As I told Dr. J. Max Wasserburger about what led me to seek this second opinion from him, I cried. After listening to me, reviewing all my x-rays, & examining my teeth, he reassured me that my teeth were not in the dire condition that I had been led to believe. Dr. Wasserburger is not only an excellent dentist, he's an artist! I asked him if he could use composite to fill in the worn areas on several teeth to protect & restore them before I get aligners or braces. What he did was AMAZING! I never expected to feel MORE confident over having these done, but I do, & his work looks fabulous--completely restored! It has made me feel HAPPY, & that is priceless. I've also had the remaining metal fillings removed & replaced with composite, & it feels so much better: The reason I needed two crowns in the first place was because my metal fillings had caused both of those teeth to crack & age prematurely. My crown experience with Dr. Wasserburger was FUN: The entire procedure for a permanent crown start-to-finish was complete in about 2 hours, & I even got to watch the crown being made! I have had some great dentists over the years, but Dr. Wasserburger is by far the BEST! If you need any kind of dental work, I highly recommend Hays Dental Group: Everyone you meet will make you feel welcome & glad that you're there. You'll receive excellent advice for a treatment plan that meets or exceeds your dental needs & goals--& you will feel genuinely APPRECIATED. Again, that is priceless to me--how about you?
