If you need an Endodontist (root canal) absolutely go see Dr Quinn Lybbert. He is AMAZING! BUT, if you need to see an oral surgeon to pull a tooth or have an emergency. DO NOT GO AND SEE DR JASON FLEISHMANN. He pulled a root canal molar that was cracked at the root 13 days ago and I am STILL in 15 out of 10 pain. I've went back to his office 3 times never to be seen my him (even though I've had appts). I've only been seen by his staff (if you can call them that) just to be told that the neck pain, head pain, migraines, jaw pain, shoulder pain and severe earaches that I've been experiencing since his emergency surgery are all coming from my other teeth OR because they had to force my jaw open during surgery. Ummm what? I've requested to see him but he is too busy. In fact, the FIRST TIME I saw him was an emergency referred by Dr Lybbert and the first thing he said to me wasn't "HI", wasn't "How are you doing?" It was "I don't have time for you." And, he said it twice. Both my husband and I were aghast. I should have gotten up and left at that first appointment, but I was in so much pain I couldn't think. Finally after 11 days of being ignored by him, I went to Dr. Nate Ahlers yesterday. He saw me right away. What an incredible guy. Turns out - it isn't my other teeth causing all my pain. It is a dry socket that resulted after Fleishmann pulled my tooth. Now... I need to find another oral surgeon to fix his debauchery and prepare for an implant. DEAR GOD. SO, I'm here on FB telling you... DO NOT go see Dr Jason Fleishmann. He's awful. Stellar credentials aside, he's just a terrible person. My Pharmacist husband is FURIOUS. As he should be. FLEISHMANN has no bedside manner and will have no time for you. IMO, the guy needs to hang it up already and retire if he's going to treat people the way I've been treated by him.

After a horribly painful experience at a different Helena dental surgeon, for a single extraction, I felt like a lamb going to slaughter. The pre-op appointment was thorough but easy to understand. My procedure was the following week. It took a hour plus and I was totally sedated. I was still groggy when I was taken home. I never experienced any follow up pain! The extraction sites are sore to the touch, but no ongoing pain or agony. He prescribed pain pills and an antibiotic. Never needed the pain pills. I cannot believe how positive my experience has been. My regular dentist is amazed at how well this major procedure went. So am I. Dr. Erwin deserves ten stars. Highly recommended.

I underwent a surgical extraction and bone replacement graft. From the moment I walked in the door, I received pleasant, professional customer service. Even before showing up for my appointment, I experienced excellent planning from the staff with excellent communication by both e-mail and telephone. I was mildly anxious when I arrived, as I am a rather difficult IV start. Everyone who provided my care was kind and compassionate, alleviating my nervousness. The procedure was done flawlessly in no time! The post-operative instructions provided at my discharge are the best I have ever received. Their insurance coordinator did an excellent job of reaching out to my Dental Insurance and getting me pre-approved, with an accurate amount for my co-pay. I highly recommend Dr. Wallis and his team for your oral surgery needs. Today, my first post-op day I am feeling great with minimal swelling and pain. The entire experience was as amazing as surgery could possibly be. They even gave me a bouquet of flowers the day of surgery! My surgery went incredibly well, with no swelling or bruising. We filled like 6 on the top row and then my daughter's father shipped me back to my parents in Florida, before we could fill the bottom row. Keep in mind, I've never had a cavity in my life. They told me it was because of pregnancy. Come to find out, I have 0 cavities on my bottom row. The fillings moos had put in have been falling out, and I went to go get one refilled this morning. They told me that so much of my tooth had been drilled I now require a crown. They have destroyed my mouth. They scammed a young new mother on Medicaid because they could. Now years later I have to pay $1200 to put a crown in on a tooth that didn't even have any cavities to begin with, just got drilled to hell for no reason. Screw this place, the fillings they put in fall out after about a year anyways.
