Greedy business owners. Additional charges were billed. I'll never use these guys again. This guy yells at his assistants and his assistants won't shut up singing songs. read more

Excellent service. Best experience at a dentist ever. Very thorough and painless! Saw me within 24 hrs for a toothache and within 2 weeks to replace 2 caps. Not inexpensive, but when it comes to your dental health you want the best! read more

WARNING: My husband went here when they were offering a $89 comprehensive exam, cleaning and x-rays. Great deal until we received a bill for $364. When we called they agreed to give us the $89 bill but also an additional $116.00 charge for x-rays that cost "extra". My husband was not told of this extra charge and we feel as though this was a "Bait and switch." This dentist will also charge you for things you specifically tell them you DO NOT WANT. They will charge you upfront before the services are rendered and will not work with refunding you for any thing you choose not to go forward with. We felt as we had no other choice but to pay the higher prices since they had already charged our credit card and refused to refund us.Total nightmare. Do yourself a favor and research dental prices at other dentist in town and you will find that this dental practice charges at a minimum double than most other dentists in town. read more

Dr. Lund and Melissa are incredible. I needed to have some issues with previous fillings and crowns fixed, and they have been so patient and helpful since day one. They explain what they are doing step by step to make sure that you understand what's going on in your mouth, and they are constantly checking in to make sure that you are comfortable during your appointment. I feel like they have become part of my family, and I won't trust anyone else to do my dental work. Excellent customer service, and they are great at what they do! read more

I recently had a routine cleaning on 8/29 when I scheduled my wisdom teeth for removal on 10/12. At the time the front desk lady, Stephanie, told me about a pre-pay discount. Sounds good right? Up to my appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed on 10/12, I was not contacted once about a reminder for the pre-pay discount, I was also not contacted to confirm my appointment as this was all done electronically. In fact, I had to call the office the day before my appointment to ask how I needed to prepare for the operation! In the 6 weeks between my teeth cleaning and my wisdom teeth I was not contacted once or reminded about the pre-pay discount. At the time of my wisdom teeth extraction, on 10/12, I paid for the operation in full after insurance covered their end, this was still a significant payment out of pocket. Several days later after realizing I did not receive a discount I thought I was eligible for, I called the office to inquire. I was informed the discount was only for pre-paying for the operation up to 5 days prior to the appointment. I had paid for the operation in full on the same day. The office manager I spoke with, Jami, informed me I was not eligible for the discount because I did not pre-pay for the appointment. Ok that is fair, I had forgotten about the discount and didn't meet the requirements, even though they didn't try at all on their end to remind me or contact me about the window on the pre-pay discount closing. I asked Jami to retroactively apply the discount since I had paid in full, what's the difference between paying in full on the day of the operation and paying in full 5 days prior? Seems logical to me I don't see why it was a difficult request. Again she said I did not qualify. I reminded her I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years, having all my dental work done here both routine and comprehensive. Again, she refused to retroactively apply the discount. I've since cancelled all future appointments and informed her I will no longer be a customer. At worst, I believe the office managers are unable to provide a satisfactory customer service experience and they certainly did not with my particular case. At best, I believe they prioritize profit above customer satisfaction. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to this negative experience. Dr. Lund and the hygenists, specifically Ali, are wonderful people to work with and I will surely miss their services. On principle due to the negative customer experience I have had I will no longer utilize their services. read more

Oh my god this wasn't far the worst. Although everyone was very nice I will not go back they seemed shocked when i asked for a lead vest before X-rays and to be honest the whole staff seems to have no clue what they are doing. Maybe I'd get my teeth cleaned here but probably not, will definitely not get my wisdom teeth removed here i have never seen a more confused staff. read more

Dr Lund and the whole staff were GREAT! By far the best experience I've ever had in a dental office. The doctor was very gentle, easier than I thought for a filling, whole staff was professional, Kara the assistant was super sweet, Dr Lund took pictures before and after and showed me what the filling looked like, after I had a cleaning with Ali the hygienist, and she's very sweet and bubbly, she's thorough but gentle. I will recommend to anyone this beautiful office, great experience! read more

DO NOT go to this dental office!!! I've never dealt with such dishonesty before in the way they ran their business. My husband was given an estimate ahead of time to get an idea of how much everything would cost for the work he was going to get done and they gave us an in network estimate when they knew very well that they are not in network with any insurance provider. And when we tried to confront them about it and find some resolution there was no compromising. And the price we ended up paying was more than $600 from their "estimated" cost. read more

Dr Lund and his staff are hands down the best dentist and practice I've ever been to. Professional, gentle, kind, great with dental shots, personable, caring... the list goes on... Thanks for the great experiences and I look forward to many years as my dentist! read more

I had such a great experience, Stephanie at the front desk was super sweet and helpful with my insurance and estimate of what they'll cover. Dr Lund was very thorough and explained what I needed I didn't have any questions unanswered. He even went over possible options for implants where I've had missing teeth for years and no other dentist I've had ever mentioned that option. I came back for the filings first and Nina and Melissa made the experience very pleasant and easy, made me feel at ease about being there ( even though going to the dentist isn't my favorite trip), Dr Lund was very gentle and I didn't even feel the shot! I was pleasantly surprised :-) The appointment was comfortable and quick, I have no complaints. I'm excited to come back for my implants and have teeth to chew with back there. I would recommend their office to anyone! A++ read more

Great experience with them, have been in twice for checkup, cleaning and fillings with Nina and Dr. Tim Lund.
