When it's not great customer service, it'd mediocre, and that's fine. Staples recommends a 2hr window for print jobs, so the review that says "i took the time to email 6 pages," is down right silly. Taking the time and expecting a business to jump-to is short-sighted. The self-service machine is an excellent resource and the inability to learn technology is not Staples problem. As for the review that said they had limited selection, it sounds like you bought a whole lot at a discount, so probably be appreciative of that. I have found a great selection of supplies (love me some Martha), and have enjoyed my shopping. Be mindful of your reviews, people. We're all just people trying to live in a messed up world + running a business is hard.

My client is not able to get around easily. I searched online and mostly found national firms with websites that required a bunch of information from me before giving me a quote or availability. I spotted Notary Bre on Yelp as a small independent, sent her a message about pricing and availability, and she responded within minutes. I was able to call and speak to her about what I needed and her fees. Once she gave me her full name, I was able to confirm on the Montana Secretary of State's website that she is a current notary. I emailed her the documents, she printed them, she called my client to schedule an appointment, notarized the documents I needed at his home, kept me informed including sending me messages after regular business hours, then sent the documents back to me Next Day via FedEx. She was fair with her fee, very responsive, and very helpful. I will definitely use her again, if I need a notary in Missoula.
