Ethan is a super sweet, professional and kind employee. He went above and beyond in helping me with a multitude of projects I had going on. Customer service and professionalism is among his many attributes and what an amazing and valuable employee he is. I have to give kudos to the store owner and the other two young men working as well as Ethan as well. I've never been into a small owned business where the atmosphere was top notch and everyone got along so well. Honestly, the vibe was extremely welcoming and everyone laughed and had a real nice time and visited with each and every customer that came throughout the door. I was probably there for at least a couple hours and they never got impatient with me or gave me a little attitude which one can often find these days. Huge kudos for being a phenomenal team at this UPS Store. I will most definitely be back for all my needs. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this spot deserves a bad review... I asked to have my tickets printed out, two copies of a four page document, eight pages total. I emailed the store4104@theupsstore.com address after I asked the young fella if that was the address and he confirmed. A few minutes later, after not receiving my email, he informed me it should go to store4104@gmail.com. I then sent the .pdf to that email. The young fella got involved in another task and a young gal helped me out. She couldn't figure out how to get the document not to print on one page so she asked for individual screenshots. I then took four screen shots and emailed them. I reiterated that I wanted double of each page, totaling eight pages. By the time my documents had been printed, I was so frazzled I didn't bother checking to see if I'd received all eight pages, I just paid, took the stack and walked out. Well, I got home and I had only half of what I requested, one page of each, totaling four pages. The kids working there are nice (this joint would get one star if they weren't), but nice doesn't replace competent. read more

Don't upset the Owner! The company I work for has an issue with this place. We drop off packages daily during the week to ship out the merchandise we manufacture here in Missoula to medics serving in the military (our primary customers). One day we dropped of about $7000 dollars worth of items to be shipped. A week later our customers never received the packages. Trying to figure out what happend, we found out owner of this location got upset with our employee when they made the drop off. According to a UPS employee working there that day, the owner took those packages offsite and never shipped them to later find out what he calls "Teaching her a lesson." - Long story long- After having to get the police involved we got our packages back. While getting our packages it was expressed that the owner of the company I work for and the employee who made the drop are now both banned from this location. With the threat of pressing charges for trespassing passing! Wow! Our small company is a customer, we spend a lot of money on shipping, unfortunately the ego of the Owner of the UPS location got in the way of maintaining a professional relationship. Now we use the location on Brooks and have had no issues. Don't upset the owner or he might steal you packages too. read more

I guess the delivery drivers are too lazy to actually do their job. Instead they put little stickers on your door and run leaving you to haul something up 3 flights of stairs. First they lost the package, so FedEx delivered one TO MY DOOR then this one shows up from UPS at the front office. Meaning I now have to haul a large awkward shaped 50 lbs package the size of me up stairs all because they put "delivered" in their system. Your carrier is horrible and I will never use you again read more

I never showed to go with UPS, they lose too many of my packages they're unreliable they cost too much and they are lazy. I cannot tell you how many times I have had packages for them to deliver that they just straight up don't want to, they come to your door and don't even knock ring the doorbell or even have the package on them they just slap the sea and next time tried to deliver sticker on your door and run back to their truck which is what happened this time. Except I got it on camera. With the way things have been going I've got a motion sensor activated camera so when the UPS driver started walking towards my house it activated and notified me down in the basement so I started gathering myself and walking up towards him he did not ring the doorbell he did not knock he just started writing out the slip of paper and stuck it to my door and walked back to his truck and I got to the front door and he was taking off and I tried running down the street after him and didn't get me. I called the 800 number and told the person exactly what happened and told them I could see him on the block across from me and told them if he could get on the radio with someone and tell him when he was finished with that block to just take a left and drive down my street and pop the package out everything would be OK but it could not possibly work that easy. They said they would have someone call me back and get a hold of the driver and tell him to swing back by before the end of the day I wrote up signs on the front door saying to knock and ring the doorbell and that you were being watched on camera so please allow at least one minute for the person inside to get to the door and if you were not patient enough you can take the signed UPS receipt and leave the package. But yet I still have heard nothing the fact that he was still visible one block away and they couldn't just get someone to radio him to drive around and drop off the package at that point is ridiculous they did this a lot during Covid because they straight up did not have peoples packages and we're just putting the labels on peoples doors waiting for a packages to arrive to buy time. I know they were card in our underpaid but seriously ring the doorbell knock on the door wait a minute and give the person a chance to actually show up, just do your job read more

I ship to my mother from here all the time. All the employees here are very helpful. Today I watched this really rude and disorganized person talk badly to the staff. The employee was extremely patient and helpful, but the person was still very rude. I don't know why. Watching the very rude person reminded me that I am thankful that I have such friendly and great folks helping me, so thought I would write a review. Thanks Guys! read more

I have no words to tell you how horrible this UPS Store is it's not UPS Store itself this is a new owner that took over and he is a complete anti business Outlook. I've been there for 5 years and since you took over he's lost my mail three times forward it to me and has been very very rude on the phone and the talk around town is because I am a local other people can't stand this person. We really do miss the old owner she was a great person. Stay away from this store and go to the store on Brooks to get it done right. read more

Nicest and best service I've ever had at a UPS Store location. I dropped off my package and got a receipt. They were super quick and super friendly. Still lost the receipt of course, and when I was in need of the tracking number for my customer I was able to call them up, and they were able to find it for me. I thought it would be a hassle since all I had was my name and the time around when I dropped it off, but they were able to help me within minutes. I wouldn't take people's bad reviews seriously, this location will definitely be my go to location in town. Thanks again! read more

would be nice if they stayed opened til 6:00 like they say they are. especially being a SHIPPING store where people drive across town to get packages off on time. showed up at 5:50 and two other customers were already walking away unhappy. no one inside, no note or anything. not a good way to run a business. read more

This store is convenient and the staff is eager to help. I find this shipping office to be well equipped with supplies, open the hours I need them and never once has anything I've shipped been lost or delayed.
