Then arriving to get the part expect to sit all day and be ignored, and don't even be so ridiculous as to ask how many more hours before that 15 minute part removal you told them yesterday you would be driving 4 hours each way to get will take. Fortunately, their intemperate and crude manners demonstrate their desire to get rid of customers regardless of item values customers seek. POSITIVELY THE MOST ARROGANT AND INTEMPERATE STAFF POSSIBLE. NEVER SHOP HERE. WAITING WILL BE A NIGHTMARE WORSE THAN THEIR OPENLY HOSTILITY TOWARD CUSTOMERS. If their conduct toward customers would improve 10,000-% it could be pathetic .. not likely to ever achieve that goal however.

I was told on the phone that they test the parts in advance to make sure they are ok. I drove 1 hour, one way, after having to pay in advance to receiving them. Took the parts to my mechanic and he deemed them unusable due to the pistons being frozen and the seals torn. Called and spoke to Troy who was very dismissive and told me that I have to bring them back so they can attest that they are not usable. I had to purchase new calipers due to my mechanic having the car already taken apart. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY!!

I am making this public so please share.on July 26th I went to DeerCreek Auto Parts to purchase a…read morerack and pinion for my vehicle. When I got there I was told it was in Michigan but it was no problem to be shipped in. $305 and a small wait? No big deal, I still purchased it. Right as I was about to walk out the door the salesman stopped me and said oh wait, that rack was broken upon inspection, so you're not going to want that. I was then refunded and sent on my way. I got curious tonight and decided to pull up car-part and what do you know...the exact same rack and pinion is listed with the same stock # pictures and all for $1250 now...now I have worked retail, I understand when prices get messed up. I was willing to spend at least $1000 that day to get the rack yet instead I was lied to about it so they could run the price up. So fair warning now, check with your local dealerships because their price they have it listed for now is only $95 less than a reman from Ford with a warranty, and I will never return to Deer Creek Auto Parts again. I will be posting this as a review everywhere. Screenshots attached of the listing from July, as well as tonight. Accidents happen, but lying to my face? Yeah I'll be sure to tell everyone not to spend their money here from here on out.

(Didn't help they are Philips head and strip out easily.) Well, of course I stripped the bolt and had to drill it out. Not only was I mad that I had to drill out a bolt, I was really mad on where I was going to locate such a small obscure part on a Saturday afternoon when most parts departments at the dealership would surely be closed. Well as I drilled, I had the wife call Autozone to see if there might be an off chance they'd stock such an obscure piece. Well the gentleman she talked to was a straight shooter and backed up what I thought all along, and that was the built was useless, and the factory puts them on for really no reason. After I got that side done, I had to do the other side brakes. Well, I was pretty burnt out by this time, so luckily when I got the caliper off, I saw the rotor was pristine. Yay! 15 minutes later the other side was done. During the melee of doing the problematic driver's side, I lost the receipt. I drove to Autozone, and upon my arrival saw my wife had the credit card the rotor was purchased with. Crap I thought, wasted trip. No receipt and no credit card, they aren't going to return the rotor for me. I thought the worst they could tell me was no, so I walked in to try anyways. Not only did they do the return without the receipt, they credited my credit card I didn't have on me. Plus they were more than happy to do it. A+!
