The wheels just spun in place, and it quickly became clear I wasn't getting out without assistance. All Prime Towing Services took my call and immediately asked detailed questions about the vehicle's clearance, drivetrain, and exact positioning, which gave me confidence they were sending the right setup for the situation. When the technician arrived, he came prepared with traction boards and a winch system, assessing the conditions before deciding on any aggressive recovery method.
